Worst experience. Refused to wear a mask, wanted to charge me $300 to see the show room.. would never recommend this place

Last year I was lucky enough to harvest a beautiful Pope and Young Blacktail buck with my bow. Jenna at McRae’s did an awesome job on the mount, good prices and returned it in a reasonable time. I couldn’t be more pleased with this beautiful mount hanging in my living room.

Gary did a pheasant mount for me and it is absolutely gorgeous. Great guy to deal with, more experience then most people are old and fairly priced! We’ll continue to use him for future pieces.

His work is phenomenal! Had 2 duck's mounted and the look amazing. Highly recommend Ron's taxidermy to anybody.

Disappointing experience. Waited a year and half for the reproduction to be completed. The replica shares no similar traits or patterns to the 15+ DSLR photos provided of the fish I requested to be replicated. Major errors with not including any spots of the wild brown on the adipose and tail fins. The sequence of spots on the body of the replica had air brush splatter throughout the mount and although they say everything is “hand painted” I have shared a photo with review of a portion of replica that has fish scale misalignment and looks to be digital printed or a wrap. For the decades of experience and specialization in brown trout replicas, which was the reason I chose ATW, it’s just frustrating this was the end product. I shared my questions and concerns with the team only but no real cares to help resolve the issues. I’m well aware there’s underlying room for artistic interpretation, but this one missed the mark and I’d expect any veteran who has worked with this species and professional status to have higher expectations of their work.

Amazing work and great attention to detail. Ive purchased a number of items from him ranging from skulls to taxidermy he has great selection and competitive pricing. I also had skeleton articulated as well as owl mounted by Perry and each time its exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful work. You can tell the owner enjoys his craft and has a passion for it. Very well knowledged.We had a highland cow done, we were worried because we have had some done in the past at other places not turn out so well. Highland cows have a different facial shape compared to others but we didn't have to explain that here. We sent pictures of our girl Holly and Forest City Taxidermy got her spot on. Our long time family pet looks near in her prime again.Thanks for all the hard work, definitely is a piece of art worth hanging on the wall.

Ben is masterful at his craft. Over the years he has mounted several birds of various sizes and they are spectacular. Ben takes his time , but the wait is worth it.
