Driftwood Provincial Park
Driftwood august 2018. Probably the best sleep I’ve had in years, with the sandy beach and the waves. Not much privacy for as far as provincial parks go, but beautiful nonetheless. Only an hour and some away from Algonquin so I got some hiking done there as well, definitely worth checking out Barron canyon if you don’t mind travelling a bit!

Shuswap Lake Provincial Park
It's a beautiful park with good amenities; bathrooms and water situated close to most sites and a few areas with hot showers available. Really nice beach! Try to go during the week though when it's not as busy to avoid too much crowding at the lake.

Kokanee Creek Provincial Park
Great site, camping spaces were well kept, toilets are very clean. The beach is what sold it. I was there on a lovely sunny Monday. Had the whole beach to myself. Derek one of the park rangers was a delight, super helpful friendly and just all round wonderful.

Dungeon Provincial Park
Beautiful spot to stop and enjoy the scenery! The small sea caves/arches are cool to watch and there’s a little observation deck at the top so you don’t have to worry about getting too close to the edge. I bet this place is amazing for sunrise on a clear day!

Clearwater Lake Provincial Park
Edited June 26, 2020: My boyfriend and I along with family and friends stayed here this summer and even despite new covid rules the campground was still super easy to navigate and we didn't really lose much access to facilities. Another beautiful trip with amazing fishing, but this time due to the weather we explored the caves". I have to say it was disappointing to see a lot of garbage

Linkletter Provincial Park
A small campground off the coast!! We camped in a tent and our spot was spacious. They also accommodate pull in pull out for camper trailers, as well seasonal and cabins. The sites, bathrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained.
