Lovely friendly atmosphere

Great place to be in the day or Evening the Atmosphere is good never any issues with rowdy crowds the food is great. But…but. The staff is amongst the best I’ve come across and I’m older and been to a lot of establishments in my time. The service is prompt you are greeted as you enter the door and served your drinks even before you are seated. What kinda service is that. And not finished. But make sure they get awards and Especially Spenser great Bartender and all around great guy!!!!

We had the ribs and poutine and both were great. The ribs were deep fried a bit which was interesting and maybe could have used a bit of sauce but they were fall-off-the-bone tender. Poutine had great gravy and fries, and the necessary curds. Even the little coleslaw that came with the ribs was quite good. Our waitress was lovely too. Would come back if we were in the area again.

Great food. Would have been 5.5 stars if bread was served ahead of the meal. Had the beet salad with shrimp and salmon with risotto.

Best chicken wings and Asian cuisine in Manitoba and friendliest service.

We are having an amazing time here tonight! The food is fantastic, as usual, and our server Bree is just the best! One member of our party has special dietary needs, so Bree double checked ingredients with the Kitchen before we finalized our food order; we really appreciated her efforts!The live music is entertaining and adds to the great ambiance!

I was at Joe Kool's with my family the first week of June 2023. The last time I was at Joe Kool's was 33 years ago during my graduation ceremony from the University of Western Ontario.My trip back to my old hometown London, Ontario -- and in the process of Joe Kool's - was meant to show my two boys the place that shaped me to become who I am today. More importantly, Joe Kool's gave me my first job in 1986 - as a newly arrived 19-years old Immigrant with limited conversational English -- and in the process Joe Kool's supported me in my quest to graduate from Western with a Computer Science [Honors] degree in 1990. Great food , service and AMAZING atmosphere! Their deck area is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend going here. The Cob salad is fantastic!

I've been a loyal customer for a number of years but no more. Was having a pint or two this afternoon and had to listen to a sniveling staff member loudly denigrate old people" of which I am. Nobody goes there anymore

The karaoke host, Shark, informed me he is attracted to children after hugging my 8 year old daughter on our previous visit. He told me he was letting me know in case anything happened so he can be held accountable". Please don't trust this man around your children.I emailed O'briens with this information and they never responded. I would love to go back as I loved their food and service
