Tamara is very knowledgable about diet management for people with diabetes and chronic kidney disease. She has helped restore my health remarkably. She does a thorough analysis and then provides a meal plan customized to your needs.My situation at 66 years of age was one of chronic kidney disease due to prostate-bladder complications requiring TURP surgery. The surgery was successful but my overall health took a major hit.I was walking with a cane, was winded climbing stairs, couldn’t drive, swollen ankles, fatigued, light-headed, brain fog and all that is now gone thanks to Tamara and her diet recommendations!

Dr Hardin was my specialist since in was diagnosed with Diabetes in 1995. He is second to none and I was horrified when he retired but wish him only the best. I miss him terribly.
