No acknowledgment of customerFood was late 35 mins.Food is usually goodbut customer service is appalling.Sometimes the pakora are a real miss but the mains are a decent quality and quantity. Spicy but not overly spicy.

Fitoor is absolutely wonderful!The food, first of all, is very tasty! We ordered Veg Manchurian Dry, Railway Veg Cutlet, Adrakhi Dhaniya Paneer, Dal Makhani, Garlic Naan, and Plain Roti. The Veg Manchurian was very delicious, but the Railway Veg Cutlet was our favorite appetizer since it was full of flavors and different textures. The side dishes were also great! The Adrakhi Dhaniya Paneer was okay because it did not taste that outstandinng, and the paneer was a bit rubbery. I did however love the scrumptious, fresh Dal Makhani which I definitely need more of! The Garlic Naans were soft, and tasty. The Plain Roti was also very good. We also ordered Kesar-Pista Jamun for dessert, which was well balanced in terms of flavor, but it could have been a bit softer. The quantities of all the food is also good, and the prices are decent.I really loved the ambience of Fitoor. The interior of the restaurant is pretty well laid out, and good looking. The tables, chairs, cutlery, utensils, and bathrooms are all clean. The service is good, and though the restaurant was crowded, our food arrived fairly quickly, and hot and fresh.Overall, this is a restaurant I recommend to anyone and everyone for its authentic Indian cuisine, good service, ambience, and cleanliness!

They have lots of veg and non-veg recipe options at affordable price.. their hyderabadi chicken dum Biryani is so yummy and Manna’s special kothu parotta comes with all mixed non-veg pieces with their special gravy.. one of the recent addictions for kothu parotta.They have different kinds of starters either tossed well with chilli and other sauces or specially made using our predominant south indian spices like chettinad and andhra karam varieties..Everything tasted delicious and one of the best south-indian food spot. Value for money. everyone should try atleast once. We can even see some native people buying their biryani and other starters especially due to their quality and taste of food. Ambience is nice but can dine-in can accommodate only few people (within 20ppl) at once. Definitely gonna order more in future.

Vibes are good!Food doesn’t justify its price.Large variety of drinks. Customer service is extremely poor. Just because they have people standing out in queue they force you to change spots and ask to move towards bar. Manager is super rude. Without asking for bill they provide the bill on your table, so u just leave the table. Definitely not coming to this location again.

Ordered saag aloo and garlic naan for dinner tonight. Food was great. We will definitely be back to try other entrees.Came back tonight for dinner, 4/24/23. Had saag Aloo, a korma dish and cheese naan. Everything was great.

Finally after 8 years in Canada, I have found authentic Indian taste. This is our 4th visit in 2 weeks. Today we tried Chicken Mughlai 10/10.Chef Ishan & Simran are highly exceptional in their profession and the taste speaks for itself.Cherry on top is the remarkable customer service by Gagan who is always smiling and so welcoming.To the owners please keep the chef and staff they are amazing and we don’t want a change in taste which happens quite often with other restaurantsBig thumps up! Keep it up 10/10

This little spot is a hidden little treasure! The food was delicious! Fresh and hot! The butter chicken was exactly how I like it! The chilli cauliflower were amazing! I recommend giving this little hidden gem a try! You won't be disappointed!

I didn't like butter chicken. It was in very small pieces and more curry. The non veg wasn't looking like chicken and it didn't even taste like it. I don't know whether it was chicken or something else. I also ordered chicken biryani and it had a taste of meat. My request is just don't put anything on the plate to earn some money.

Very nice food, great menu with lots of options. Service is a little bit disappointing. Felt like I was not welcomed at all was very discomforting. Also everything was very slow. Hopefully they will improve the service as the food is definitely worth the visiting.
