Oil field equipment supplier

Terrible customer service. Called Thursday to have our oil tank filled as it was running low. Was told truck will be here Friday. Waited all day , NO SHOW. Called early evening and again was reassured delivery. NO DELIVERY! I emailed and called the following day. The first call to dispatch said a delivery was on its way…. This was Saturday morning. 2nd call was made later in the day and we were told to call back when tank is EMPTY… and they will send a truck asap…..I advised them by that evening we will have no oil left and send a truck now, we’ve been waiting since Thursday….NO ONE SHOWED UP SATURDAY….It is now 12:30 am MONDAY……we called as TANK IS EMPTY….dispatcher says he will pass on the call and we have to wait for a call back…. It’s 1:30 am …..no call as yet . TANK IS EMPTY. We’ve been dealing with Joseph Elie for over 30 years…..very dissatisfied….the stress that they have put us through.

Took the Occupational First Aid with Joshua Burns. He made the class very fun and had fun anecdotal stories. Highly recommend

Such an amazing company! Very supportive of their staff and always willing to help the people in their community and beyond. A family run, family minded business. They have alway gone above any beyond, donating to local charities as well as providing relieve during the BC wildfires in the form of clean drink water for the first responders. Anyone who has any bad to say about this company, clearly does not know them.

I've worked at a few frac companies around red deer and this is by far my favorite. Hourly is a game changer, I haven't worked with a crew I wouldn't want to work with again and it's to be one of the most organized companies I've been a part of in this field.All the complaints are most likely from people who haven't worked for other companies. Any experienced hand who's paycheck depends on third party not screwing up will understand how clutch this is.2 years here, 7 in this field. Wish I had started years ago.

I was with this company some years back. I found something strange about the amount of oil being delivered vs. the amount of oil in my oil tank. Not long after I saw a news report on the evening news that Joseph Elie's oil delivery trunks had been rigged and a percentage of the heating oil was returned to the truck after passing the counter. At the end of the report, they gave the phone number of a class action lawsuit. I contacted the law firm and joined the C.A.L. I consulted the list of serial numbers of the counters on their trucks, compared it to my oil bills and sure enough, I had received oil deliveries from those trucks. Anyway, to make a long story short. Joseph Elie was found guilty of stealing oil from their customers and soon after I received a cheque for over $250 for the approx. 6% that I paid for oil and never received. I would never recommend this oil company to anyone and will never deal with them again.
