I've purchased a couple of laptops over the years from Hint Tech. Very good quality of products and customer service. They do their best to accommodate your needs + budget and provide options accordingly. Just an honest group to deal with - would highly recommend.

Mehul is very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. I am definitely recommending him to all my friends. When his first fix didn't work he took our computer back and did a more comprehensive overhaul at no extra cost. I think we've finally found a computer guy we can trust. Highly, highly recommend.

Yes, I did call you and no I did not hang up the phone, in fact you person who was answering the phone hangup right as it was being picked up. you could hear and the ringer stop and than you hung up. Also sorry about the fact you do not seem legit part, however; when doing business and being a business, one should be professional and care about the customer service as well. now I know as I run business and manage business, and the fact that someone did finally call us back later int the day showed you did see that we had called. but that took long time okay I will give you credit for calling us back and apologize for the comment not being legit, however again when a client calls and get hung up on right from this start this can and will lead to speculation. Now hope this will also help your future customers as well as, you business and staff to make sure you get the calls right away and also to let them know that sorry we missed the call and at least acknowledge the mistake not put it off onto some one else. have a good day.

I got one laptop from Accelerate. I was initially apprehensive about it and was not sure. When I took the laptop I was told that it was tested twice. But you know I have to see it to believe it. i have been using it for the past six months and it has been working fine. They followed-up with me to check if everything was working fine, which is nice. I am now planning to get one for my sister.

Hapi was wonderful! He was so communicative about everything and was honest about what my MacBook needed to function properly. His services were so affordable compared to other places, and he made me smile through what could have been a stressful situation.
