I've been living here for a year and a half. They recently changed management and I thought the previous manager did a way better job than the current manager. It would be nice if they had some kind of system in place to give the tenants a chance to share concerns and issues and possible solutions. Tenants don't have a chance to voice problems and concerns and I feel it would be helpful to include tenants and staff when trying to come up with a solution instead of the higher ups that have no idea what actually goes on here on a daily basis, decide what changes need to be made to better the program in general

Quiet and Cozy. Traffic on Fortune is non-stop until 9:00pm, but windows keep out the noise just fine. Nice landscaping and gazeebo out back create a sanctuary and building blocks out all the traffic noise from just the other side of the apartment block. BBQ pad and table for cooking, and bike rack steps from the intercom located beside the tiny parking area and side main door. Parking for guests on the side streets and 7th Day Adventist Church parking lot located same side as the main entrance.

They are very kind and really listen to you without judgement. I felt very safe and supported.

The staff is polite and very nice. They have been very helpful to me in my time of need.

U can roll up and donate clothing to the one on Ray Street seemed cleaned call b4 drop off or ring the door bell xo

Rooms getting deadbolts then will be better

They go above and beyond for the people who retreat to their care.
