Thankyou so much for a well organised trip all inclusive Mexico trip. we had a wonderful time. Hard to believe it's already done and passed. Weather was awesome the hotels were nice thank you for everything.

I'm posting this late, but I was disappointed when I was charged a 20% penalty to get a refund on my JR pass due to the borders closing in 2020 from the COVID-19 pandemic.My trip was booked for March 31, 2020. Both in Canada and worldwide people were urged to stay home. Getting a 20% refund penalty from something out of my control is unreasonable.The other option was to get a JR pass credit that I could use within one year.... Well in 2021 the Japanese borders were still closed so I'm glad I didn't take that option.For my 2023 trip to Japan, I'll be using another JR pass provider.

Clean building and friendly staff.

We booked using the Disney Expert" Jayli Allen. What a huge mistake and waste of money. I reached out to Jayli and gave her time to respond to my feelings and she didn't even bother to reply so I will turn to here to share how I will never recommend her or this travel agency. This was my very first trip ever and I thought booking thru an agent would have made it go well.Boy was I wrong. I was misquoted several times

I am happy to report that Rocky Mountain Holidays did a fabulous job of planning our trip through the Canadian Rockies. Every transport that we needed was arranged in advance. Every lodging that was needed was ready and waiting for us. And, every excursion that had been advertised was accomplished without a hitch. Even the weather, which had been forecast to turn bad, relented and stayed lovely the whole time!We are especially grateful to to our tour director, Mr. Tom Ockelton, for his cheerful attitude through the months that preceded our wonderful experience, all the way up to the present. In spite of many questions and inquiries about special accommodations for four aged (ancient?) travelers, there was never a hit of impatience from him.In closing, we highly recommend Rocky Mountain Holidays as a Number One tour company. We were delighted all the way through, and we're sure that you will be too!

Small station and the staff was really helpful and clarified all the queries that I had. It was my first train travel in Canada and I really enjoyed it. One concern I had was the train was delayed about an hour and other than that the track and car signs were clearly mentioned. Only one staff was there in the station and the employee was really nice to response to everyone questions.

The Rocky Mountain Holidays team organised a superb holiday for myself and my wife and some close friends who live in Canada. Coming from NZ we relied heavily on the RMH team for their advice and to make all the arrangements. I must admit I was concerned about all the different transitions involved, convinced that one would go awry but the whole thing worked perfectly thanks to the many people involved. On the advice of RMH we travelled by train to Jasper, then by bus to Lake Louise and a further bus trip to Banff. Everything went extremely well to make it a trip of a lifetime. Amazing scenery, friendly helpful people all along the way and superb accommodation. Big thanks to our agent, Tom, who did a superb job for us and made everything work so well together. Our first trip to Canada but I am sure it will not be our last.

I enjoy making my own travel plans however Canada was unknown territory for me and I contacted Rocky Mountain Holidays for assistance. Tom was great from the outset and provided my wife Heather and I with a complete package which included Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, the Rocky Mountaineer and Vancouver.
