Great facility and helpful staff. Love the workout area, everything I need with multiple pieces. Bright and spacious area and large change rooms. Nice to jump in the hot pool after a workout! They offer 2 free trial sessions for newcomers,

Didn't really used the facility, just walked around and been to the viewing area for the pool. Kids play zone doesn't open until October so we just walked around. From outside we could see there are lot of options for your workout. There is a big swimming pool and around the corner there's another one. There's another big area that I guess is swimming pool too but there's no water then. However, lots of parking spots. Small outdoor kids play zone right at the corner.

Showers are often full of hairballs on the floor, women's locker rooms still have old school bring a lock system while the men's room has coded lockers; the track is rented out many evenings a week and personal trainers run classes that use huge speaker systems even though their class is right in front of them. The space is good, but the pool closes early all weekend, and the facility is at max capacity often, for events. Bring a good pair of headphones if you can't stand hearing people cheering on people doing jumping jacks, or if you hate listening to awful music for people performing on the inside of the track during gymnastics performances.Be prepped for zero parking during swim comps, which start friday morning and end sunday nights.

The centre has good equipment and a good area. There's a variety of equipment and treadmills to use, and the layout is so that you can train more publicly downstairs or more privately upstairs. There are both outdoor and indoor pools, although usually pretty busy. The lockers are in convenient spots and the entire gym is well-organized. Reservations and drop-in courts are both available. Fans are always nearby. The centre knows how to keep their customers occupied and entertained. The front staff are very friendly and informative, and the place is kept very clean. The only problem seems to be the parking at the moment, but some part of it is being rebuilt, so that should be resolved soon.

This place makes sure you feel sporty year round even during winters. Indoor gym, track and 3tennis courts in winter keeps the muscle moving. Great location too.

Awesome place. Membership fees are well priced and the facility is large with basically anything your looking for. Fitness center has an awesome selection of dumbbells up to 120 lbs and many machines. Machines are slightly outdated but they all function properly. Huge indoor/outdoor pool with a large hottub. And massive indoor track. They could definitely use a few more treadmills as there's only like 6 in the entire facility, which kinda sucks. If your in the changerooms when they unleash the thrall of kids from swimming lessons then run for your life. They come in like a swarm of screaming banshees, and combined with the echo in the changerooms, it's one of the loudest, most unsettling things I've ever heard. I've had to rearrange my workout schedule to minimize exposure to this menacing experience.Your also forced to drive across the bridge and go downtown when you leave the facility. But that's just another of edmontons long list of road planning atrocities.

First time every going for indoor tennis.A very busy active place but the tennis court was okay and the facility was quiet and enjoyable. The crew setup or changeover was run perfectly so our time was well spent.Other court participants were cordial and considerate.

Honestly, this place felt like a fever-dream nightmare, I'm suprised how no reviews talk about how outdated and just plain weird this facility is. It's in serious need of a rennovation of sorts, the entire facility feels Bunker-esque. There's barely any windows, and the facility is built like a Labyrinth. In the gym, there's barely any space between the machines, so hopefully you don't mind your personal space being a bit intruded on! Overall, very unsettlimg and weird design, in desperate need of some TLC.
