Located southwest of Sheet Harbour, this park occupies a rugged wind swept peninsula that juts 6 km (3.7 mi) into the Atlantic Ocean. The park's hiking trails provide access to a variety of natural aspects, interesting geological features, wildlife habitat, scenic lookoffs, secluded beaches and 16 km (10 mi.) of unspoiled coastline. As with other extensive trail networks, park users are advised to advise someone of where they are and when they plan to return home. Hikers should wear sturdy footwear and dress in layers to adapt to changing weather conditions.

Lac du Bonnet Town Dock and Beach
Small dock and beach/swimming area. One of the town's attraction for sure. Washrooms are very clean. Nice place to go fish as well.

Armours Beach
Explored Armours Beach during morning low tide for beach combing. Ocean seaweed scent strong with sea critters life such as starfish, seashells and small crabs.

Innisfil Beach Park
Very clean beach. Calm and clear water. Water was not too cold. There is park for children, benches to sit for elderly. Very fine sand at the beach. No need for water shoes. Loads of sea shells everywhere! It was relaxing time away from city. The draw back is that parking spots are limited and half of the parking is for residents. There are a lot of small beaches at different spots and we found it difficult to reach the main beach after a few maneuvers. Will come back again

Deer Lake Beach
Beautiful beach not too deep for the small kids. I know she's hot days there is always a lot of people. there is a nice little snack bar on top if you get a little hungry.

Rainbow Beach Provincial Park
Always lots of room on the beach. Nice play structure for the kids. The canteen is NEVER open so be sure to pack drinks and snacks. Restrooms were clean. Many available picnic tables and fire pits.

Armours Beach
A great beach, very popular, large dock. I suggest bringing kids at low tide as it can be extremely deep at high tide. Definitely recommend.

Cabots Landing Provincial Park
This park on the coast is the perfect spot for a pic-nick / lunch break. It is not far from Cabot trail, so you can easily make a diversion. The beach is also nice but very narrow.

Bronte Beach Park
It is a place for all age groups. There are children's playgrounds, huge parks, beach, rocky shore, etc. There is a very cool ice cream restaurant called duckie. The park is huge. We can rest on shore in bikini. The only issue - very bad water. Water is too much polluted and there is heavy amount of algae, etc. The bed in water is too rocky and sharp pebbles are there so one can't be in water for long. Kayaking etc is allowed. There is harbour too.
