Abortion clinic

Had my Kyleena IUD inserted here and it was a great experience. Nurse Practitioner Cristina was wonderful, very nice and knowledgable. She thoroughly explained the procedure and ensured that nothing was a surprise. I was quite nervous regarding the level of pain the insertion was (... from reading too much stories online beforehand), but she was so good at it, I barely even cramped. Im so happy, thanks Nurse Cristina!

The clinic provided, overall, a good service. But the reason why you are visiting this clinic in the first place is difficult because of the choice you have to make.When I got into the office of the nurse who explains the process to you , I got a bad feeling.Clearly this woman lacks empathy and is over her job.She will TEXT in your face and play with her phone while explaining the procedure to you.In other words, she really doesn’t care about you.Although the other employees there were great, she plays such an important role in the process that she made everything feel very uncomfortable.I saw other reviews saying the same.The decision you are making is very hard and important, if you want to feel seeing and heard, make yourself a favor and call another clinic.

It was my first time going to SaferSix for some routine testing. I had a good experience. From booking to the appointment itself, everything was smooth and easy, despite the location being obviously busy. The staff members were kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable. It was a bit of a distance for me, but I'm willing to travel again for the good experience.

Lakeside Women's Clinic provides most comfortable experience under the difficult circumstances for the patient. Staff goes out of their way with their professionalism and care. Clinic itself is very welcoming and it is extremely valuable and important to have access for women in more rural areas.Great job!!!

I was here for IUD insertion. I went in expecting level 7/10 pain (which was the amount of pain I had last time at another clinic). But I experienced almost no pain. This clinic makes sure that everyone feels comfortable. I wish all the healthcare providers prioritized patients' comfort as much as this clinic does. I highly recommend this place.

Very professional environment. Staff are welcoming and very reassuring and comforting. Whole procedure was quick and staff were on hand to talk you through everything, answer any questions and help distract you (me at least). Spoke mostly in French but I guess they speak English too. As good an experience as such a thing can be, but I felt like I was in safe, caring hands.

Right off the bat when I first came it I peeped the attitude that the Doctors helper was giving me . She'd give me mean looks and talk to me with aggression. Once the appointment was over she decided to make me feel bad about the decisions I've made although she knew nothing about what I went thru and how I got in that position in the first place . She didnt try to understand me or hear me when i tried to explain, (although my personal life and what i do shouldnt be to her concern )She didn't make me feel comfortable, she just made me feel embarrassed and low for the decision I made . If you're gonna give ppl advice, please be general and careful about what you say and your attitude towards the person . You never what they could be going through!

Staff doctor and receptionist are all amazing and patient they don’t rush you and they make you feel comfortable and assist with any care you need . I 100% recommend this clinic for all women !!
