First time in my life, I meet a doctor who doesn't want to help his patients ... I wait 2 hours to meet the doctor and at the same time, all the patients before me and after me come in to meet her! I asked the nurse why all the patients came in for the doctor only me? She replied that she had spoken to him and she said to him: let him wait ... I don't want to meet him! The nurse asks me if I want to speak with her? I told her, if she doesn't want to help me, I don't need to talk to her ... And I'm canceling my appointment and leaving the clinic ... it was a very negative experience with a doctor in my life ...

This place is a blessing in disguise especially for new mothers. The support provided to me at the hospital, home visit and at the clinic itself helped me breastfeed my little newborn successfully. I have mainly been helped by Dana and Jessica and the personal attention and care that these nurses provide is beyond description. They are extremely warm and a pleasure to meet every time. I love visiting this place for the confidence it has provided me in my journey as a new mother and there's always something new I learn every time I visit - about feeding techniques, healthy weight gain, baby's fussiness, etc. Even my baby enjoys being there - the ambience in the rooms is so comfortable that even she will feed like a champ when there and loves to explore the lights, posters on the walls and talking to the nurse. Highly recommend this place to all breastfeeding mothers.

Enfin une clinique qui depuis 2008, se concentre dans le traitement des HERNIE DISCALE et les douleurs chroniques au dos; Ces équipements spécialisés m'ont enfin permis de faire disparaitre une douleur atroce au dos et aux jambes ( sciatique) que j'ai endurer jour et nuit, pendant des années. Il en est de même pour une amie qui elle a été traitée pour des douleurs au cou.Je dois préciser, ont m'a dit de poursuivre les traitements nécessaires pour une correction de mon problème discale chronique, seulement s'il y avait une amelioration de ma condition après les 7 premiere visites, comme cet écrit sur le site internet.Merci d'avoir changé nos vies !

Omg I can't believe how nasty the lady was with me today! It was horrible! I will never step foot in this place again. If you have elderly or disabled family, I would NEVER recommend this place. Didn't get her name, I just walked out! Long dark hair about 55 yrs old and just aweful!!

I love Dr. Aderinto! She takes her time listening to my concerns and does not make me feel rushed. She seems thorough and is also very friendly.

I go here to use the family practice part of the clinic. Dr. Sheppard is seriously salt of the earth; she has genuinely saved my life and given it back to me. I've been looking for a family doctor for years and I'm incredibly grateful to be her patient.

I went there to take the test. The doctors who I talked are so sweet and really nice. I don’t speak English very well but they were so patient to me and they suggested me to use translation which they have so I was able to explain symptoms which I have. They are professional. The receptionist is also nice to all of patients. I really recommend to see a doctor to everyone at the place. I was really comfortable talking with them.

I love this clinic. Been twice here with walk-in. Yes, it's quite tricky to get an appointment (although, I was able to get one from the first attempt both times); yes, even with an appointment it might get some time to get seen, but... the nurses and doctors here are definitely willing to help, they are quite generous with their time, listen very carefully and provide you with the care you need. I really wish I lived in Pointe-Saint-Charles to be able to get a family doctor in this clinic, but, alas...
