Indian sizzler restaurant

Our favorite restaurant for east Indian food. The portions are great in size and wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and excellent customer service! I'm in love with their butter chicken and goat curry. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. The interior is very cozy and clean, is more of a dhaba style place.

I am from Calgary and eat a lot of Indian food. This family run restaurant couldn’t get anymore authentic! Amazing food with many levels of flavor. Whatever negative comments prior customers have to say is obviously 100% corrected. I could only get through half of my meal, portions were fine. Service was sincere and attentive. Bravo!This family deserves to be cooking for the elite!

The mixed grill was very good with a nice mix of surf and turf. I asked for med-hot, but it was not spicy at all though. Butter chicken was very buttery. Chicken masala was fragrant with lots is spices. Lamb biryany was the spicest of the 4 dishes we had even though we asked for mild. Go figure.

Butter chicken , prawn masala tikki, naan, roti... this place made me have a party in my mouth!! And who doesn't like a party in their mouth!??!?! YUMM!!!

The best biryani Ive ever tasted. The flavour was so rich and rice was so flavourful to eat. The staff was friendly and the prices are really affordable

Update:I got the chicken biryani in my recent visit. Although the portion was huge with lots of chicken, It didn’t live up to my expectations. The spices weren’t balanced and it was too hot. The yogurt helped with killing the heat but still the only thing I could feel was the heat from paper(or chilli). I think it might be because the food is a South Indian food and I shouldn’t have ordered it here which is a North Indian restaurant.I also got Gulab Jamun. It was too sweet and I didn’t like it.Old comment: The best food I’ve ever had in Vancouver! It was far beyond amazing. We got the non-veg special platter with butter chicken, shahi paneer, and goat curry. The dish came with rice, naan, and dessert. I loved the goat curry and Shahi Paneer the most. Butter chicken came next but absolutely amazing too.We also got the vegetarian platter with samosa, pakora, and Aloo tikki. I’m personally not a fan of vegetarian options but pakora was better than the others IMO.The staff were super helpful and helped us so much to pick a mix of delicious options. Been here many times and the service is amazing. Food is served in a timely manner and well presented. Tried the chicken tikka roll for the first time. It had the perfect spice level and tang to it. The naan and paneer were delicious. Highly recommend trying this place out…

The best indian food I have ever tried so far in Montreal. Their sauces are very tasty and tastes amazing with Naan breads. Should give a try if someone wants to try truely Indian food. Thanks
