Filed a complaint 4 years ago regarding a teacher that assaulted my child. Finally after 4 years they come back with an answer. Basically the teacher has been through enough so they will not penalize her. Meanwhile the district she teaches in never did a thing about this teacher. They wrote her a warning letter for abusing a child shortly before mine and another after mine but still she was around children with no penalty. It would seem that the TRB team up to protect most of who they should be regulating and work closely with the SD's. They have given penalty and published online teachers for doing less than what this teacher did to my child. Not a fair system for regulating which was the complaint before they changed to TRB. I still recommend filing with them because that is the system we have in place. I think that you should file will all the avenues you have available and hope for the best outcome. Now we search for a way to make what they have done public and get the word out there.

Advisor was patient, however exasperated with my slow IPad. My Ipad keyed in capitals for lower case information, which kept kicking me out of my log in.Why is this process so extremely difficult? Thank you to my Advisor!

Why they make the kids go out in the cold is beyond me they wonder why they get sick.....I get they need air but not when it's windy freezing cold out ridiculous

I registered on-line summer camp for my daughter. Due to time conflict, I phoned them for changing the same camp with other time section. The telephone manner of receiving lady is poor and the extra $30 will be charged. It is rude. In contrary, Richmond Community Centre has very nice receiving call manner and free for withdraw and change.

The staffs are friendly and the place even prepared some toys for children which are very kind. However waiting time was way too long. There were not many people and I prepared really well, brought all documents, but still it took me 1.5 hours to register my daughter, while 1 hour was just waiting in queue. They definitely should hire more helper.

I registered online for my kids to transfer between Richmond schools and was told there is no space at the new school so both of them were going to be on the waiting list. This was understandable BUT 8 MONTHS LATER, when I phoned the central registration to follow up, they said they don't have any information of my kids even though I provided the registration numbers. While I was talking to the staff on the phone, she kept asking me to send them an email (?). She kept taking me around the loop and failed to provide any useful information. At one point, she even said their system is down. So I asked if I call back later, are you going to be able to provide some information when your system is back and running? Guess what, she said No
