I go to this store often and generally have been very happy with the products. I was there last week and there was an adult women chatting with one of the employees and she was not wearing a mask. The mask is mandatory and saves lives. I will reserve my visits to this store from now on. They are not following the guidelines and could be exacerbating the situation in Montreal.

Good selection, staff is snobby and doesn't know their products well. Went in looking for oil of oregano one staff member showed me to it and said it was the only variety in stock. As I remarked the high price they said it doesn't come cheaper anywhere in town. Within 5 minutes I found larger formats for lower price.

If you need advice, or wish to be supported in your process of self healing and consciousness, this is the shop you must explore.He even offers product for soul connection and kundalini awakening... 5 stars... the shop has more than meets the eyes...

Working in the health and sustainability field gave me a chance to hear tons of experiences of Jen's work. As a fan of functional medicine I feel so grateful that we have her and mortar and pesto in Red Deer. I have taken classes that were put on by a local school that was food based & it just goes to show that her intentions are not all $. She cares about true health and the community! It is hard to come by a business that is integrative with pharmaceutical and natural health. A true gem for people who want quality products and to support local!

Every time I phoned and left a message the owner never called back. When I did speak to her finally found her short and very rude. Terrible business practices and would never recommend anyone to go there for services. I had gone in and left products for encapsulating, they never called me back and or did anything with them. Terrible customer service and don't understand how they are still in business.

Visiting Montreal and discovered this great little natural health store. Very well stocked with a great selection of products. Friendly staff. Nice location.
