Ferrari dealer

Went yesterday morning to Auto Park Circle with the intention of getting exotic car photos for my young nephew. Had never entered a Ferrari dealer before. Asked the receptionist Mary if I could look around and take (cell phone) photos of the vehicles. Mary advised I was able to and the rules and offered me refreshments if I wanted, which I thought was very nice. Mary advised me after with extra information if I wanted to look the service garage area which was another great experience with the kind receptionist in the service waiting area. From a non owner's perspective my brief experience of Ferrari Maserati of Ontario turned out to be extremely positive and helpful. I liked how the staff treated me with respect and showcased equality. I didn't have the same type of experience the next building over. My nephew loved the photos of the Ferrari and Maserati. You made not only his day but my day as well. I hope to bring my nephew one day in the future to have him see these exotic vehicles in person. Thank you!

Got an Estimate on my tesla collision repair November 2022 because they are tesla certified and was told it will take 6-8 weeks to get the door and I would be contacted after parts arrival to set up an appointment to get my tesla fixed. I have called and talked to multiple people multiple times and its always 2 more weeks OR SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK!!! and most of the time no answer so I would leave messages with no call back. Going on 15 weeks HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just went in to see some cars, front desk person was very nice but the sales associates were not, they had attutide with us and we were being very respectful. They have a private collection upstairs of the owner of the dealership and they only let people up if they deem you are good enough for them.

I purchased my Range Rover at Toronto Auto Brokers with the help of finance manager Rudy and his lovely assistance Dana! I have to say the service I received was excellent! They took the time for my needs and really go beyond to make sure I can have my car at a good finance rate. I am more than satisfied with the service, and I would definitely recommend Rudy to my friends or even comeback in the future!

The experience I had yesterday was more then 5 stars! I’ll start by saying walking in to any dealership let alone a Ferrari dealer is intimidating on its own…. I walked in where I was greeted by two extremely nice young ladies.. after looking around for a few minutes one ladies directed me upstairs where I got to see even more beautiful cars and learn a little more about the Ferrari brand and the history! Just how polite the staff was to me and I wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle. Just shows the level of customer service your dealership provides!

Faraz is a step up! Showroom far exceeds others! Flew across the country to look at the vehicle and wasn't disappointed! Great buying experience. Perry was excellent to deal with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking. No pressure, just a good guy! Thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience! Thank you Faraz!
