I recently had excellent service from Canadoor and their service person Jed.Canadoor communicated with me for time & date to make an appointment then called me to confirm the day before and also notified me the day Jed was coming. Jed did a complete assessment of my garage door and gave me several options to choose from to fix the problem and also mentioned some preventative maintenance.Just overall great service. I would highly recommend Canadoor.

Dan's just completed the installation of an entry door and a storm door at my home. From the initial contact to request a quote to the remeasure to installation and billing, everything was handled skillfully and professionally. In particular, the install was handled with care: the crew was respectful of the space and cleaned up afterwards. When they noticed a defect on the storm door I'd ordered, they immediately brought it to my attention and I was given the chance to decide what to do (proceed with the install or reorder).I've already received several compliments on my refreshed entryway; thank you to Dan's for making the project happen!

Completely happy with the work. You can see that the installer (Dan) takes pride in his work, both my wife and I were very impressed with the detail and quality. All of the work, from framing the front door to framing the garage door and clean up was great !!. Our doors look better than we expected. We felt that we had to write this as it is not often that you come across someone who puts pride in their work anymore; most simply come in install as quick as possible and get out, they do not worry about details but this installer did. I recommend Herman's.

Buyer beware....my husband and I moved into our new home last year. We noticed one garage door panel was bent and called this company to replace it. That was in early October of 2016. We are now well into march 2017 and have yet to have our PAID for panel. When I called to voice my fustration i was shocked with the ill mannered front desk personal. Her tone and unprofessional attitude to me and my situation was so terrible I could not believe it. That's when we received the first panel. That had the wrong size windows holes. We were then told he would order us another panel three weeks later we again received the wrong window holes. We were again waiting well over a month before my husband had to Call to find out when we were getting our new panel. A few more weeks went by and we were called... it was in. Happy to hear we took time off work again to have it put in and AGAIN Wrong window holes. At this point my husband and I say there is no way they can mess up again and we wait another month and a half to have them call us again to say it is in. They then send in a young man over to install the panel for my husband (who again took another day off work) my husband then noticed it was actually the very first panel that they previously tried to give us. The young man then put our windows back in our panel and screwed it in so tight he cracked the window and didn't even tell us. We noticed it after he left. This is so disappointing, money doesn't grow on trees and this company has taken advantage of a young couple that were so excited to enjoy their home. Needless to say, we are still waiting for our panel and an apology!
