Fertility physician

Dr. Shannon Ferguson - Naturopath, is an amazing doctor. She is helping me with my gut issues and other issues connected to it. She understands me well and my needs. She has so many alternative methods which are cheaper as well as pricey, quicker results or slow - so she suggests you all the alternatives and you can decide whichever you are comfortable, which is very rare to see in doctors these days. I read a lot of reviews regarding naturopaths who suggests you number of tests, etc, but I am happy Dr. Ferguson is different.

I have been dealing with a chronic pain condition for years and my 5 years old daughter had problems with her weight issues, low weight. My previous doctor moved to another city and I was accepted by Dr Kanu very nice and caring doctor. Most of the time I was seen by the nurse practitioner ( Fariba Shahin). She did exam me and noticed that my pain is related to something that did not make sense to me but when she explained I understood. She referred me and she called the specialist's office personally in front of me to make sure that they received the fax and emphasized that I needed to be seen ASAP.My daughter had eating problem and doesn't like to see doctors but the way that this nurse practitioner communicate with her she likes to see her and listenes whatever she tells her. She is gaining weight gradually and eating better than before. I think we should be fair when we judge and it is important that how we behave and to know the lomit of our expectations.

Thanks Dr Bedi for helping us fulfill our dream of getting a bundle of joy! Excellent service from beginning to end. Nidhi (front desk receptionist) is the best and makes you feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the facility. You are the best!!!

Would not go back. Just after your money! Dr Havlock does not care and did not give info or updates after a major surgery (conditions,concerns) nothing. The after care nurses were great though. Waste of your time and money!

After struggling with food sensitivies over the last few years, Dr Paradis really helped me focus on my main issues. She took the time to really listen to my comments, questions and concerns in order to offer advice and recommendations accordingly. She is so easy to talk to. Being french really helped to express myself. She also met with my young son several times, in order to help him with his nutritional issues. Definately recommend her services to others!

The staff at One Fertility are amazing and very helpful to answer any questions you may have about fertility. Dr. Akinsooto takes time to know his patients and is very knowledgeable. Specially want to mention about admin Eka. She was very helpful and answered all my questions calmly. I will strongly recommend One Fertility.

I’ve had a terrible communication experience through most of my care at Hannam having done natural cycle monitoring, IUI and 2 failed IUI cycles all self funded with Dr Arthur and her team. Communication with Dr Arthur is sparse and with lack of empathy . The embryology lab forgot to call me after 7 days of waiting to update me in regards to number of embryos that formed blastocysts. Two weeks later, I get an email report regarding my abnormal PGTA results 9 mins on a Friday afternoon before they close so I cannot reach anyone to discuss my devastating results! I am shocked by their communication and lack of compassion for a large centre that charges more than the other large clinics in the GTA. Please go elsewhere!

I am aware that people will always have different experiences, and am glad to read that many people have had positive experiences here. Unfortunately, that was not the case for my husband and I.We were patients here for 1 year. While I appreciate honesty, what I do not appreciate is the doctor laughing it off when he tells me I will likely never get pregnant using my own eggs, making jokes about how this could have happened, and his general lack of interest in helping us. Over the year, we saw him twice and were rushed through both consultations in 10-15 minutes, regardless of the hour we were allotted.We completed 3 IUIs at this clinic (all failed) and the wait to speak to him (over phone) was 2 months long. In this time, we referred to another clinic in Hamilton with a doctor who was lovely, kind, and hopeful while still being honest. He could not believe the dosage of medication Dr Browning had me on for my IUIs and said it would do nothing to help me. We had an IUI just weeks later with a protocol that was suited to my needs and I got pregnant on the first try.2 stars because the nurses here are lovely and very sweet.If you try this clinic, I wish you all the best. My advice is to get a second opinion if you aren’t feeling 100% confident.

I went to clinic in Burnaby . The doctor was quite good, the staffs were good but some were moody. But I don't like the way, they rush the patients out of the clinic. I have tried IUI and IVF treatments.For IUI, they allow me to rest about 5-10 minutes.For IVF, after egg retrieval, they asked me to get up 30 minutes later on. I feel really uncomfortable about this. Also after embryo transfered, the nurse asked me to get up and go home right away. No rest. I would like to get a better service .Infertility is quite stressful, so I just only want to be relaxed after procedures, no rushing.

Dr.Rahal was amazing. After our 4 IUIs not working she was determined to understand what was going on and started from square one again. Khanisha the nurse was so kind especially when delivering hard news. The blood technician was also so lovely! So kind. Had some rough moments with the front desk ladies but generally worked it out. Overall, clean clinic with some lovely staff.
