Love our purchase from Original Roland! Found the listing on Kijiji that we liked: A 2012 May Berlin (Selected by Schimmel) baby grand, sent a query, and Roland responded almost immediately. Easy negotiation and quick follow-up. Had a video call the next day to see the piano, arrange a deposit, and schedule delivery. Delivery was quick (two days later, outside GTA), movers were careful and considerate. Piano is in like-new condition as advertised. Thanks, Roland :)

We were glad to have chosen The Piano Gallery for purchase of our first digital piano for our son. Having zero experience with piano, Mr. Brian was able to guide us with his in-depth knowledge and his vast experience not to mention his very kind and professional behaviour. We had shortlisted a couple of pianos and had visited other piano stores within Calgary , but none were as knowledgeable and professional as Brian from Piano Gallery. If you are a first time purchaser and new to town like we were, Brian will be able to guide you.

Came in looking for a digital piano and did a lot of research ahead of time. I knew this location is older/smaller but I was plesantly surprised they had most of the various Yamaha digital piano ranges to try assuming you are looking for a Yamaha piano.Linda did not give any pressure and was not pushy at all. She ended up introducing me to Yamaha silent pianos which I knew nothing about. Checks all my boxes except the price obviously. She told me all the various features etc. but I still like to validate and read online forums before buying. Everything checked out and I worked out my finances and decided to go with a new Yamaha silent piano a few days later!Only comment, expect to pay more to move a piano up a flight of stairs. I was originally told it was going to be around an additional $100 but it turned out to be $200.

If I could give a 6/5 I would. Amazing guitar selections great sales support and excellent tech. This is an allround excellent place. AND everyone there is totally into music. Was a very refreshing experience. I drove 2 hrs from Kingston Togo here. I think that says something...

I bought a keyboard stand from this location. Tommy was very helpful finding me the right stand. He was genuinely interested in my questions and gave me really good information about everything I asked him.

Music Works Canada is a great shop to buy trusted musical instruments as well as to learn music. I love this place. Peter is nice and very helpful too!

Super friendly staff and teachers. Got a very good deal on this piano. Would definitely recommend trying out all of their instruments and classes!

While on holidays, emailed to request a quote for ordering Choral music for a community group. Finally almost week later, was in contact with a rep for ordering, however very little contact going back and forth. After another week of correspondence still didn't get full quote of what was requested nor any details as to why all the pieces could not be ordered. I understand we are in difficult times with trying to keep up with everything but felt like my business wasn't a priority so ended up taking my business somewhere else. Good thing too. Not only ended up ordering more than I was looking for but got it for a way better deal and have already received confirmation of shipment within the same day of ordering. Your loss was another business' gain.

The service was exceptional and the store owner, Rob, has an excellent understanding of the Kawai pianos he sells. He guided me to just the right piano for me. Thanks Rob!

I just love the way Michael cares for my piano. He rebuilt it fantastically and every time I play on it right after Michael's tuning and voicing it makes me extremely happy! Thank you Michael and thank you Nicole for such wonderful service, and a highly enjoyable collaboration because you both are such wonderful human beings!
