Tendency for the cross-country train to be late by a few hours. Don't take the train as a primary means of transportation if you mind spending a few days getting there. But the company is delightful, as is the service and the food. And the sleeping accommodations are cozy; don't bring a big suitcase on board, follow basic airplane carry-on logic and you'll have lots of space

Canadian National Railway Company
Ruining the reputation of Canada's flag carrier, one delayed Via Rail train at a time. CN rail is neglectful of their reponsibility to properly maintain Canadian passenger rail networks. Easter weekend 2023 was a key example of how CN Rail has let us down. I would be ashamed to work here.
