We have been with I24 since June 2018 and are very pleased with their service. Jeff has been extremely helpful and full of ideas to make our on-call service convenient and as successful as possible. An example would be: we have forgotten to change phones over at the end of the night or in the morning...so to help us he has offered to send the appropriate staff a text reminder, which has saved us time and lost calls. The techs love the way the messages are delivered as well. All in all, I would totally recommend them!

This is the best call centre that I ever had the privilege of dealing with. World class service, little to no waiting time, and extremely friendly and polite staff! Would definitely recommend this service to any company as I am greatly pleased with their amazing work. 10/10!

Amazing company! I've used Veta Virtual for a few campaigns that we needed an answering service for that had to screen callers and call backs. I've dealt with the owner on a number of occasions and he's really great to deal with. If you need a virtual assistant or virtual receptionist service locally in Canada or the USA then this is the company you want to use.

Our office has used AnswerConnect for overflow reception for about a month. So far it has far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to small offices looking for a receptionist service or overflow/after hours phone service. They have a $10/month promotion to try it out. It was quick and easy to set up - I appreciate the time Paola (acccount manager) took with me to set it up and for checking in". Messages come through to email and you can listen to the messages on the portal if you need more information. The people who answer the call do an amazing job - they balance keeping the call short and to the point while making the caller feel heard. I notice Paola even made a "test" call to ensure it was working smoothly today. Absolutely worth trying out!"
