Short wait time, attentive and thorough doctor, friendly and accomodating pharmacy staff. Best walk in clinic experience I've had in a while!

Went here as a walk in because my family doctor was out of town for over a month and I ran out of prescription refills. They were full for the day when I got there, but when I explained the situation, the doctor agreed to write me a new prescription right then and there. 15 minutes later I had my meds and was on my way, which totally made my day! The doctor, receptionist and pharmacy staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The clinic is also very nice, clean, and bright inside. Best walk in experience I have ever had lol.

Dr Sadik is one of the best family doctors out there. She is kind, respectful and awesome. My family has been with her before I was even born. All these negative reviews are people who have visited her once.

My family and I have been patients of Nishant for over 4 years now. Recently my son was sick with a cold and I reached out to Dr. Nishant immediately. He was prompt and guided us with his medicines until my son recovered. This is not the first time Dr. Nishant has helped our family. I am very impressed with their dedication and how much they care about their patients.I have recommended Dr. Nishant to many of my friends, family, and colleagues and will continue to do so

Ridiculous receptionist! Extremely rude and pays no attention to customers.

Don't be afraid to advocate for your own health. The receptionists are incompetent, deceitful, and engage in misconduct. I've visited this clinic on numerous occasions as a walk-in so this feedback is a combination of my experiences. First, on several occasions, I've been told the wrong clinic opening time: For example, once the receptionist told me to come back the next day when they open at eight, and they actually opened at nine. On their website you'll see that they open at a certain time, but they actually start letting patients in up to an hour early. Second, I recently called for my results and the receptionist told me that they are normal. I'm pretty sure this is illegal because the doctor had NOT reviewed or commented on them yet. A few days later when I called again asking if the doctor reviewed my results, the receptionist said no but that my results show an infection" and you "may need antibiotics." She also told me I had to come back to the clinic

I went to meet the doctor regarding rabies vaccine. It was surprising the doctor was unaware of this vaccine. Never heard of it. I even tried to explain the process which was to just request it from Public health, I even had the phone number of Health officer who i was coordinating for this. It was as simple as requesting it and giving the vaccine but the doctor and the receptionist, seemed uneducated to even grasp the concept . She kept on saying “we don’t prescribe it hun” “why don’t you get it from public health then”. Firstly It’s not a prescription. And secondly they were unaware that the public health doesn’t have a clinic where people can just “walk into”. But the receptionist was adamant. I guess no one wants to learn new things. I wonder how the doctor even got his/her degree without having the slightest knowledge of such a crucial vaccine and also being unaware of how the public health system works in the country. I went to someone else and even the receptionist understood what needed to be done and gave me an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this place especially for urgent requirements.

Absolutely welcoming staff and intelligent doctors. Made them my family doctor in my second visit. Very easy to book appointments and they also have pharmacy inside to buy medicine. Highly professional staff. Would recommend them as they told me they are accepting new clients!!!

Lazy liying Doctors, I was charged $75 for a missed phone call consultation that I didn't even book tho my diabetes prescription wouldn't be renewed till I paid so I did unwillingly. So after paying $75 I actually booked an apointment to ho in and have doctor fill out a one page form for my diabetes coverage, shr rates firms comes back 20min later as I wait in reception and tells me doctors do t want a see ne and I'm banned from making appointnent therer nolonger.

1st time in this place and i had great expirienced thou i was walk in patient. front desk are very nice. No long wait for walk ins. Highly recommended!
