I bought my massage chair (trumedic 1500) here 3 years ago and I am very satisfied with it. The owner delivered it personally to our home.Until now, it is functioning like new. My family comes to visit me just to have a massage :)I love it!

Better off ordering things online. Will save a huge amount of money and also be able to read reviews before wasting your money on a toy they say is good but is absolute garbage.

J'ai acheter pour 95$ de stock que je n'ai jamais utilisé, quelques jours plus tard j'ai voulu rembourser et ils ont refuser parce que je n'avais pas la facture. N'importe quel autre magasin peuvent retrouver votre transaction et vous rembourser même sans facture. Très déçu. Ne perdez pas votre facture si vous faites affaire avec eux

Customer service and delivery team very professional.The sales staff spent a lot of time with my parents to determine a chair that's suitable for them (we ended up buying their mid price chair because that's was best for my parents size and need. The sales didn't try to up sell my parents for the most expensive one because it really wasn't something that was suitable for them).The delivery team was also very professional because they've told my parents several times about the need for the size of the door in order to get the chair through the door and somehow my parents still messed it up... When the delivery team got there they realized the entrance was too narrow and my parents was measuring the door frame and not the clearance width... The delivery team was very patient with my parents about the mistake and they ended up taking down (and putting back) 2 doors for my parents to complete this delivery.Very professional staff and great product that met our needs!

Real Nice deep tissus massage of 90 minutes. Seiya was soft and hard at the same time. I will definetely go back i was really relax after and didn't have my back knot anymore. Also forgot my assurance receipt and they send it to me by text after.
