Terrible customer service

This miniso is has the rudest manager to ever exist. Yesterday she accused me and my sister of breaking a cup that we never did. She came to us rudely screaming in the middle of the store and telling us that we broke. When we attempted to leave she started to scream across the mall. I have since then contacted minisos customer service and taking further action. Also it was later confirmed by another worker when I went back that the manager was mistaken and I didn't break the cup. It seems this miniso had had problems with that shift manager" for some time as seen on the reviews and has done nothing about it. When I left the store there were customers that came up to me saying how this location is very rude."

The place is bright and neat. They have really wide variety of good stuff to choose from. From make up to bathroom stuff, there also toys and electronics. Its a bit pricey compare to dollarama. And they also the same policy as dollaram with no return and no exchange.

The miniso‘s located in Toronto and the GTA feel narrow and cramped but this one was more spacious. They have your usual miniso items, skin care and beauty to travel essentials and power banks to clothes.I love checking the miniso’s out even though they’re the same everywhere.

Staff working there is sketchy when we were there at 3:36pm. The sign said purchase $10 for free gift" and of course it's $10 before tax. The bill came up to $11.83 after tax but no gift. We asked the staff and he said "it's before tax

I only go there for the Marvel stuff and I love it!

It's nice to have this type of store here in Kingston. Mixture of almost everything from kitchen, electronics, bath, beauty, etc. All at affordable prices too. Staffs are great and they're open everyday and to late evenings for your last minute needs.

Worst customer service from the so called worst supervisor. She has no respect to the customer and not at all bothered about what the customer needs. Her attitude is, if you dont wanna buy it, you dont have to.Worst worst worst supervisor.
