I asked a question of Matt Jones, regarding my troubles with a deed of change of name,this has been ongoing for some nine months between Ontario Vital Statistics and Alberta, within one working week Matt Jones.s office had this sorted out and three days later i received my certificate. Thank you very much for your prompt attention.

Matt is one of the most competent people I have ever met. He is a true professional and truly cares about his constituents. I have met with him multiple times, he makes himself available and will listen to any of your concerns. This province needs more politicians like him.

First thing I will say is I had never spoken to or met Matt previous to calling his office for help related to Long Term Care accessibility guidelines that were not being upheld at the location where my mother in law resides.My call was taken by a pleasant and thorough individual named Brandon who heard my case, validated and said he would get that to MLA Jones. The next day I had a call with Matt Jones, an action plan set and things started to happen in short order with health authorities. To my surprise he called me 2-3 days later to follow up. In business trust, integrity, follow up and finding solutions are some of the key areas I hold close. Matt delivered on those big time. An MLA that cares about his constituents. Matthew Jones is rare breed! His office and he himself, have not only answered a few questions I had about a month ago they did within hours of my reaching out. I see Matthew constantly doing things around our community to increase the sense of community and awareness of resources available to us. I never thought I would leave a review for a politician however, Matthews work is standout and deserves recognition.

I am lucky to have MLA likes Matt Jones in my Area Ward 12 Calgary SE.I had concern regarding to Alberta New curriculum draft and wrote email to his office they replied me very quickly and set up my phone meeting with Mr. Matt Jones and I received his call on time and listen my concern and give polite answer to me also give assurance that he will raise my concern to education minister.I am so impressed with his service in our area and community. Me and my all community friends are very thankful to you sir and I wish people like you will be my representative who listens them reply them promptly.Your all team members are very helpful sir I will support you all the time.Thanks everyone stay safe and Healthy.

The Calgary Southeast office & MLA has always gotten back to me in a timely manner, which is greatly appreciated, regardless of the follow up news.From my past MLA interaction & experiences, with other MLA's elected in the SE of Calgary, that was not always the case. I also appreciate the open houses that are offered by the MLA to meet and greet his constituents.

Matt is a knowledgeable and hard working MLA. He is always available and although very busy he will make time for you. Thank you Natt for being such a great MLA.

family court is very supportive, fair, and without their support, my life would have been struggle and stressful. thanks for your understanding and support. it’s been 14 years ago when i was needed them and still i’m grateful.

Matt Jones has always addressed my concerns quickly, professionally, and thoughtfully. I appreciate that he has continued to be accessible by email or by offering to meet in person even through COVID. While we may have differing opinions on some subjects, I appreciate that he is open to discussing different perspectives. Thank you to Matt and your team.

Had phoned Matt awhile back, left a message and it was not returned. I put a rating of 1star on this site. I then phoned Matt again, he didn’t pick up but my message was promptly return by a staff member. He stated that Matt was in a meeting and we started to converse. The gentleman then had me hold our conversation as Matt was coming out of his meeting. Matt took the call, we had a good 10 minute conversation on various election topics which he answered. I have rerated to 4 stars.
