Citroen dealer

I have had a great experience after I had my car fail. Citroen assistance sent someone out with a flatbed truck to take it somewhere, and here was the only dealership that would take it. After initially being told it might be the middle of January before it gets looked at, a Christmas miracle happened and I got a call 4 days after it was taken in to say it was ready.I am genuinely grateful to you at the dealership for helping get this resolved as quickly as you did. Sian and Phoebe were particularly polite and helpful whenever I had to speak to someone at the service department.Thank you!

Service and first MOT carried out quickly and .Wife purchased a used vehicle and collected yesterday. Callum was excellent in every way, highly proficient and professional.Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent experience with the parts department from Tim & Kevin needed a part for my wife’s Clio which they found & quoted on the spot. Also needed the radio code as the battery had been changed. Emailed the V5 document to Kevin who emailed the code back within 1/2 hour. I wish all dealerships were this efficient.

I took my car to maidstone Wilmoths after the air bag light came on in my car and back window was leaking. They gave me a courtesy car for the day which was great. When I picked up the car it was free of charge and the window was replaced. I drove down the road and the air bag light came on again. I was told it was only a sensor so I didn’t worry about it until the next service. When I took it into another Wilmoths, I was told my passenger seat air bag was damaged and another one was cut and electrical tapped off. I obviously have no proof of who did this and the work done was mysteriously not documented, but it should have at least been picked up on. When discovered I was left without a car for 2.5 weeks after the part was on back order. Managers never rung me back and when I received an email they had no idea what had been going on and acted like they were doing me a favour by diagnosing my problem. I am planning on getting another Citroen again.

I bought a new Citroen from this dealership - it arrived back in October 2022. The vehicle arrived minus two of the optional extras I had ordered, a huge quality control issue and damage to the vehicle. Nearly six months on and the issues still haven't been resolved to my satisfaction. I feel so let down by this dealership - I would recommend avoiding them like the plague if you want a smooth purchasing experience. A complete let-down for my first new car purchase. I won't ever be buying a new Citroen again.

Trying to book service and mot, did this online got automated email to say someone will be in touch. As no response after a week, tried ringing service desk, no answer, got through to a different department who took my details and said they would get someone to ring me, still no call back. I even left a voicemail for someone to call me back. All I want is someone to call me back so I can get confirmation that my booking has been accepted and if so what time do I bring the car in!!! It's not rocket science

Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged everything for meI was offered refreshments and somewhere comfortable to wait. They were very quick getting the job done.Only thing that's disappointing is that the disabled entrance is at the other end of the building from where you park, I found this very difficult with my mobility issues

We picked up our c3 aircross today and I must say what a great car it is to drive .would also like to thank Max for all his hard work and knowledge and steered us in the right direction in choosing it.Would definitely recommend it.Thanks again Max .

Absolute disgrace of a dealership. My disabled mother ordered a new car back in March and was told delivery due April. All they continually do is mislead about the delivery. It was in stock one minute, in the port the next, then disappeared off the ordering system, offered an alternative, that disappeared too...... the list goes on and on over the last few months. Continually have to chase and they don't even have the courtesy to call back and that goes from the sales executive right up to the Business Manager. Even ignore your emails. I have to assume that maybe it's because the sale for a disabled purchase isn't as lucrative for them but just ignoring a customer and their family who are trying to help support is completely unacceptable! Still waiting a response to calls and messages and hoping this might help.Review update to response:For the avoidance of doubt this dealership has STILL NOT offered any sort of update or solution to the order. Anyone reading the response to this review will notice a lack of ownership continuing with system excuses and offers no solution and after 7 months you would have thought there would be a solution communicated for some point in the future at least? Finally got an email response last night still with no solution or update from dealer but happy to provide a JCB Citroen escalation contact so appears this dealership seems unable or unwilling to help.
