Pet moving service

We were incredibly well-assisted by Deana, who helped us accomplish the move of our cat Zoia from New York State to Lagos, Nigeria in late January. It is a very complicated process and her help and reliability were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this service.

Broken items and then said they didn't fall under replacement. Very poor customer service. Even charged us 15 minutes overtime! Maybe that's the 15 minutes you were breaking our things!

I cannot thank Cassandra at Pet Relocator enough for everything she did to ensure Lucy arrived safely in the Netherlands. I was thoroughly impressed with how thorough she was and attentive to every detail. The vet tech, veterinarian, and even the KLM agent who checked us in in Chicago all mentioned how impressed they were with how organized everything was. Moving overseas has easily been one of the most stressful things I have ever done, but Cassandra handled all the preparation for Lucy, which lifted an incredible burden off my shoulders. I would recommend Pet Relocator in a heartbeat!

Julie was amazing from beginning to end. She was very attentive, and I love how she updates me with pictures of my pug Fred throughout his stay.At our first meeting with Julie, Fred felt so comfortable and excited with her, he didn't bother to turn around to say goodbye to me! Lol. Julie will now be our forever pet sitter for Fred.Thank you, Julie!

This a very comfortable, dog-friendly and caring private shelter. Kelly has a super calm husky(amazing) boy and a super friendly curl-haired golden retriever girl. We left our golden retriever with Kelly for 5 days. She is usually quite timid, but it seemed that she had a wonderful time at Kelly's. Would definitely recommand to others.

I LOVE Kelly's daycare. Not only does my dog Lucy love going here, but Kelly is very flexible and helpful. Sometimes I have to change my schedule, or sometimes might have difficulty dropping Lucy off, so Kelly and her husband answer me quickly and are able to adapt to my schedule and come and pick her up if needed. It is such a relief to have reliable care for our dog when we need it!!!

We used Sevenoaks to send our dog back to England and the service really couldn’t of been better. Hilary was an angel, she was so patient with all my million questions and extremely helpful at every point of the journey. My doggy is now safely back in the UK and I couldn’t be happier!
