Unprofessional.We ultimately bought from another vendor and this company complained to the compressor manufacturer for allowing" us to buy the same product from outside Pika's "territory" and tried to pressure the manufacturer into scolding my vendor for daring to compete.Price fixing and monopolies are never in the best interest of consumers.The only saving grace: the owner followed up and was fairly polite. So we increased the rating from 1 star to 2.."
