Love this location. We have purchased many goldfish, snails, minnows and guppies. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and it’s a great place just to visit if you’d like to look at fish. They have a beautiful koi pond as well. Prices are great for fish.

Toujours satisfaite quand je vais là bas. Super bon service. Les employés sont visiblement formés. Toujours une offre d'apporter les gros sacs de nourritures à l'auto. Si vous avez la chance de jaser avec le proprio, car il est souvent là, il est super fin ! Un must cet endroit !

Disappointing. Price was higher than other places. Staff was not as knowledgeable as I hoped. It was difficult to find what I needed without help (but then again, all pretty stores are confusing to me) Parking was free and plenty. Store was clean and week stocked.

Is it THE BEST pet store? Maybe, maybe not. But they gotta be at least second best, because I have never been in one better.While they may not have that thing you ordered online last week after hearing about it on a forum, they do eventually catch on to new developments and trends. Pretty much anything can be found here from low-end beginner items to the high-end equivalent. Staff are experienced for the most part, and some are outright nerds in the their specificity. Prices are competitive with the big box stores, and the selection is amazing. Worth stopping by for just for a peek at critters… just don’t be surprised when you leave with one.

What a great little spot this is. The number of reptiles is incredible. Snakes and lizards of all types.Paul the owner is very nice and extremely helpful. He has extensive knowledge in regards to all of his animals. They even watch over your pets if you go away which I thought was an excellent service.Lastly, they have animals they can bring to parties to educate people about these amazing creatures. I highly recommend Earth Echoes to anyone looking for a new companion.

I have been going to Pet O Pets for a few years now and they are absolutely fantastic. The owner is so knowledgeable with all animals and is amazing with my parrot. He truly shows love to the animals and I highly Recommend if anyone is looking at buying a pet, especially a parrot. He grooms my parrot every month. They are a family run business and I love supporting family businesses instead of the big chain companies. Both their Mississauga and Burlington locations are amazing.
