Amazing subs don't know what the others are talking about. Lettuce shredded nicely hair like, thin sliced tomatoes. Staff was courteous. And best of all only 4 bucks.

Great food, amazing patio facing right onto lake Ontario. The dips and pasta were absolutely amazing. Creme brûlée was sub-par - the Olive Cake was delicious. Would have given 5 stars but the service was very slow.

The place to go to for great Chinese sausages and preserved meat of all kinds to bring back to the US legally. They put a seal on each package (don't open it) so you can legally pass customs.

A great little place to top up your essentials while in PR. Dairy, frozen foods, and a surprisingly good supply of fresh fruit and veggies; was not expecting to find avocados this far out! The liquor selection is also pretty good. Bait for your fishing trip too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bear in mind this is the only game in town, so things can sell out fast. But if you time it right, the General Store has pretty much everything you need.Whiny mainlander tourists need to get a grip - this is a remote hamlet of only a couple hundred people. Of course things are going to cost more if the nearest grocery store is 2+ hours away. If you're expecting artisan baguettes and iberian ham, you will be disappointed. Do a proper shopping trip back in Victoria before you drive all the way out here.

We went for a 1:30pm brunch for Mother's Day. The food was old, cheese was crusted as it was sitting out so long and overall disappointing. The chef came out and apologized to us as the eggs were green from sitting so long but he explained it was late in the day". It was the time they suggested when I called for the reservation. If it was too late in the day for fresh food

Amazing variety of products that are extremely reasonably priced. Awesome staff and they also provide Uber eats deliveries for those late night cravings. Superb location - perfect for Carleton university students. Need to check it out!
