in October 2020 I left 60 pounds of salmon for smoking with St Jean's. All my seasonal catch... And this fish is simply gone. During last 2 months I made dozens of calls to them, spoke to 4 different persons at St. Jean, left countless messages and I could not track my order, could not get any definite answers. Zero customer support, zero accountability. They are only good a smoking clients' time and money.

I have been ordering frozen and canned from St. Jean's Cannery & Smokehouse for a few years now and so enjoy their products during the winter months and have had excellent services on deliveries with no concerns. Emily

My husband and I absolutely love Scout Canning! The lobster and mussels recipes are especially delicious and freshness and quality of Scout Canning makes it hard to believe you’re eating canned seafood. Scout Canning is great in my lunch salads and always a tasty snack when we’re hiking. We also love how Chef Charlotte Langley sources local and sustainable seafood!

For Christmas we thought we’d indulge and try different St Jeans packs of smoked salmon and smoked mussels. Absolutely disgusting. All of the St Jeans products were slimy and Ive never seen very dark brown hard salmon that was all bloodline! It was all so strongly fishy tasting and was completely inedible by 8 people. Down the toilet it all went. Hours later, the one bite we each had of the salmon and mussels are still “repeating” on us and we are munching on Rolaids and Pepto. We are sadly repulsed as we had such high hopes and ticked off as it was not cheap. We will go back to making our own or purchase from other favourite companies. GROSS.

Great tasting product, but be aware that my nearly $80 order from them was lost in the mail and though they agreed to send me a replacement they were clear that, according to them, they are not responsible after it has been shipped". They are definitely responsible for taking up the lost shipment with Canada Post... I've taken it as a warning to not order from them directly again."

Incredible variety incredible prices incredible taste!Only a 5 minute walk from Harbour air Seaplanes at South YVR Richmond to the gift shop!

I went to nana's twisted pickles and requested for my pickle to be twisted and I got the RCMP called on me. Terrible service would not recommend.
