Je suis une patiente du Dr Haddad, je suis extrêmement satisfaite de son professionnalisme. Il est présent pour ses patients et n’hésite pas à nous rencontrer entre deux chirurgies si nous avons des craintes pendant notre guérison. Une mention spéciale à toute la belle équipe qui l’entoure.

This place is a godsend. I had a massive facial cyst that doubled in size over the course of a month and called tons of places trying to get an appt (even with a referral). I called on a Wednesday and was seen that Saturday- I almost cried with relief. I ended up needing an ultrasound, but the following week they were able to get me back in to have the cyst drained which had become so painful. The clinic staff are some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a medical clinic, truly so friendly and accommodating.

I had an otoplasty done recently by Dr. Kreidstein. I was very nervous and Dr. Kreidstein and Deanne and Julie were so helpful in answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. The surgery and recovery went well, and overall it was a great experience, with minimal pain/discomfort. I also went to Dr. Kreidstein 5 years ago for a minor procedure which was also a smooth experience. I would highly recommend!

Overall, great care and service. UELC made the process of receiving PRK surgery easy and I now have perfect vision.

Staff and doctor could have been more fabulous, make everything so comfortable from start to finish. Dr.Jacoby explains everything thoroughly and everyone else is just top notch. Could ask for a more pleasant comforting experience for surgery.

I like the service as i went couple of times before. This time i felt the front lady was rude to me. I got a deep cut in my right hand and wasnt stop bleeding. I totally understand the appointment system but some times it's emergency too. I waited for half n hour and then noticed my bandages are getting wet with blood. So i left and went to another pharmacy for tetanus vaccine and cleaned the wound by myself at home.

I went to the emergency department around 2am today. When I arrived there was only patient before me and by the time I reported and checked up my bp, I was the only one patient over there. I waited till 3:45am and for the whole time I was the only one patient. I am providing you the scenario so that you could understand what my concern is. So the whole time no new patient reported for treatment and no waiting patients before me. You can talk about manpower shortages for so many other situations but what could be the excuse this time? At least I didn’t get it. I tried to think all other possibilities but during this 1 hour 45 minutes ( you might think it is very short waiting time but please consider that I was the only person they had to deal with and after that time I just left) no one even came for blood work. So what do you think? If there were 20 patients arrived at that precise time period, all of those patients had to wait without being provided any medical attention? Is this our medical system now? Or this is just an excuse. What I have encountered, I believe there was necessarily no reason they could use as manpower shortage. They only answer I am convinced is that they are using overused and already believed excuses in public mind to justify their laziness or unwillingness. I don’t know the proper way to ask for investigation into this situation but I would like to inform the higher authority that they should investigate the authenticity of regular high waiting line.

I have never met a doctor this kind! Wow what an amazing experience. Dr Brousseau is one of kind! I had a great talk with her about Cats LOL. Nice and clean clinic ! will go back if needed

(vasectomy review) The staff were very kind and helpful, the clinic was nice and clean. The environment was very calming and put me at ease. The Doctor was great and friendly too! I didn't get the premium package, and the only part that was mildly painful was the freezing injection, but that was my choice to not pay the extra and get the needle free option.
