Top notch coaching and a great training environment for all levels from beginner to elite. They offer the opportunities to take the sport and competition as far as the athlete desires.

Tri-City Training
Tri-City Training has been a great asset to our family. Apart from good value for money, the quality and professionality of the company is undescribable. My son has and still is benefitting from the amazing Senseis working with the families. He is doing better at school and concentrating harder on whatever he is doing. Tri-City has also found ways to work through this pandemic, giving families the opportunity to continue with their training.

I would recommend this school to anyone. Ali is a long time friend and wrestler of Hart Legacy Wrestling and did a great job in making dreams come true for new students along with the coaches. These are top notch coaches that make sure their students are ready to get into the ring and do right as a professional wrestler.Thank you Workforce Fitness team for developing proper students in professional wrestling. You’re doing an awesome job!

The Sports Barn
Sticky floors, questionable recycling practices, 1:1 couch to TV ratio, no place you’d rather be

Found this place last week for my 3 children ages 6,7,8. This school and its instructors are very accommodating and the instruction is very good. My children simply love this place. The teachers vary in strictness and I find this a perfect mix for young children. I can foresee my children coming here for years and learning MMA.

Friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Flexible schedule offering ideal opportunities to train all the disciplines of MMA or only grappling/jiu-jitsu if you wish. Instructors that have decades of experience and knowledge at the highest level of the sport.

Tri-City Training
Karate is good for the mind, body and soul. Most people think Karate is just for kids, at age 40 I started Karate in 2006-2013 then took a break due to family matters and returned in 2020 during the pandemic of Covid-19.Karate is a great way to stay active, build strength and learn self defence. During the pandemic restrictions Sensei Tom and Amanda were very creative in training outdoors making classes safe and fun.Sensei Tom is an awesome instructor, he’ll push you to your limits and then encourage you to surpass them building confidence, courage and perseverance.Sensei Amanda is inspiring as a woman and has a wide variety of training in martial arts. She is very positive and motivating. The other students are friendly and welcoming to new students and are always willing to help train and encourage each other, bringing out the best in each other.Tri-City is more than just a Dojo, they offer many other classes like wrestling, circuit classes, wellness classes and abdominal workouts (all on zoom for now) giving a well rounded regime for staying in good physical and mental health.Come out to a class and give it a try, you wont be disappointed!

Kamikaze Punishment Foundation
I only trained here for a little bit, then later went to another place. What i can say is that it seemed like a really positive place, where you where pushed to train hard, and people treated you with respect. I had a few interactions with some members and it was a positive experience. A lot of the people were very supportive and friendly. Ive also been following them on fb and they had a police officer pay for an at risk youth and that thought that was amazing. Given the location, nonprofit and environment, i think it is an amazing choice. This place will help your immensely, especially if they have difficulties in there life. Any place that helps build children up and keep them away from the streets, has immense respect. Keep up the great work guys.

Great place to work out. Family oriented, love that they are about family and kids! No matter what age you are, Kamikaze Punishment does NOT make you feel unwelcome and they are so welcoming to everyone that enters their doors!!!I appreciate that they are a not for profit organization so I know that my money is not going to their pockets but into the gym.
