Stop harrassing me with your malicious intent to collect a debt that's nonexistent

If I could leave no stars I would. I was working with Jacqueline. I had settled a debt and was promised after proof of payment a letter of settlement would be sent my way. I have contacted Jacqueline numerous times via email/phone. I receive no response. Will be moving forward with a lawsuit. DO NOT DEAL WITH PRIORITY CREDIT if you can avoid it!!!!

We have been using Affinity for a number of years now and are always pleased to get cheques from them. They work hard and allow creditors the opportunity to recover losses that have affected their businesses and bottom lines. Keep up the good work!

This company has the most disrespectful characters working for them. They are extremely rude, interruptive and threatening all in one place. It is in their interest not only to collect, but to demoralize, insult and exercise their self empowerment to treat people with such disrespect. It is certainly not a business to be applauded for their interactions with people. Hope their “senior agents” can sleep at night knowing this is their chosen career and tactic in life towards others. Threatening and demoralizing ppl to collect money for third parties as a job. Must be very lucrative for them to stay in this business. I can only try to understand the kind of characters that would consciously want this type of job.“Do on to others as you would like done onto yourselves. And do not judge based on your limited knowledge of people.”It appears there is no moral compass or boundary that is exercised by their staff or the business. I am disgusted by their approach and interactions. A bunch of hyenas waiting to ambush and harass you.

I have asked the agency to send me a payment notice letter mail to the address on file so I can pay off the owed balance for my mom. i was told last month and March 28 that a letter was sent which i have never received... please assist me with this. thank you
