Je voulais faire évaluer une auto usagée. Achat possible. L'inspection a été minutieuse, complète et tellement utile.La compétence et les avis de ces gens-là m'ont été indispensables pour évaluer l'auto et l'éliminer finalement.

They are very friendly, but the pricing is not as advertised.In my case I had a new set of tires and rims put on my Expedition. They did not have tires I liked in stock, so ordered in new tires. I dropped off the vehicle, and my wife picked it up.While they were setting up the new tires they ran into an issue with Lug nuts and called me to ask if I wanted to add some that matched better. I did and was told it would add $55 to the bill. OK.When my wife gets home with the invoice there is a $65 charge for the lug nuts. $10 more than I was told. What was more concerning is Commercial Tire added a tire protection package to the order without asking either of us if we wanted it. That was $167.I have done business with them before and seen similar creeping charges for services.Friendly people, quality service, but beware of creeping charges.

We were in town it’s from seven hours away and my check engine light was on, I called and talked to Josh who was very kind and going to try and squeeze me in same day but I couldn’t till that afternoon, he was able to get me in and did everything he could to fix my car but it was unfortunately broken. He was so kind to me on the phone and in person and I am forever grateful for his kindness and patience in this rough situation! We wound up having to rent a U-Haul and trailer to tow it back home, if they were near me I would definitely go back anytime I needed to. Thanks again Josh and crew! J'ai fait faire une inspection auto avant achat chez eux. Le service est parfait. Ils ont pris le temps de m'expliquer correctement ce qui n'allait pas. Très sympa, il ne rush pas le client!Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles juste, car le rapport d'inspection est imprimé sur une facture et ne mentionne que ce qui ne va pas... il faudrait qu'ils aient un formulaire à remettre au client pour avoir une meilleure idée de ce qui à été inspecté.
