Heart hospital

if i can give a zero star i would. i lost my MOTHER because of them. worst clinic evermy mom had chest pain and went to the hospital. they said everything is normal but will book her an appointment with the cardiologist Dr. Tarhuni.they sent an urgent referral to Dr. Tarhuni’s office requesting (stress test and consultation) and booked her on friday.Dr. Tarhuni’s office called on Friday and rebooked the appointment till Monday and didn’t say why.on monday my mom went to the clinic and they did an ECHOCARDIOGRAM and didn’t see the doctor. i even asked the technician if she is gonna see the doctor she said “no, everything is good”.the next day, MY MOM DIED because of a heart attackthe doctor in the ER said that she had the heart for the past 3 daysthey were not professional at all, not him nor his staff.i blame Tarhuni and everyone in this clinic for what happened to my mother. I will never forgive them.

World leaders in cardiac health and care. Lives are saved here how else could you not rate it other than a five. I was not a patient but visiting and the building is new and clean. There is a beautiful healing garden. It doesn’t seem like a hospital as it is open and airy feeling in many places. A well designed building

Excellent staff. Great Hospital.The only thing is there's Too much waiting for Bloodwork. And if u hv an appointment expect to wait more than 1 hr of wait after appointment time.

Dr. Datta is one of the nicest doctors I've seen. He's caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this clinic.

I was berated about my weight, asked if I know how much I eat, advised to seek weight loss surgery (a procedure that wreaks havoc on bodies), told that they love big people at Windsor Cardiac Centre because we are so “jolly” and only then, Dr. Tarhuni looked at his computer to see that all my heart testing came back clear. Traumatic experience. I now see Dr. Singh at the Windsor Heart Institute and he is kind, professional, and caring.

Very clean hospital.The corridors are a bit confusing but as soon as you get to know where you are and have to go, it becomes easy to be healed.

I have been attending the EECP Vitality Clinic in Lethbridge since last year, the difference is noticeable for me. Before trying it I read through dozens of the medical journal articles because there are so many pseudoscience gimmicks and I wanted to make sure that this was a legit scientifically proven procedure. Once I had decided to try it, the staff answered the questions that I had and I was certain of the validity of EECP. (i encourage all my friends to read about the real results of EECP, just search it). The treatment is very simple, non-invasive, you basically just lay on a bed and get rhythmically squeezed while you relax. It seems so simple yet the improvements to your circulation are where the benefits are felt. I use EECP in conjunction with a health and fitness routine and have seen a measurable improvement in my blood pressure, my cardio endurance, and fitness level. For me, results were noticeable after about only 3 or 4 treatments on the bed. If anyone is concerned about their heart health, circulation, or has diseases which can be combated by improving your circulation and blood pressure, then you would be remiss not to give EECP a try. I highly recommend EECP and the fact that you can get it right in Lethbridge is super convenient.

Does not pick up the phone or return calls, AT ALL.Have yet to have a single one of my voicemails returned, I have called numerous times and the voicemail always says 24 hours that is a lie. The doctor himself is actually quite helpful, but his staff is enough for me never to want to come back.When he told me to call if I had any questions or any issues and not to hesitate, eventually I had both and my allergist became a pointless place to call. I tried to reschedule my appointment, didn't even get a call back for that. The only way I even got that appointment was from the doctor himself. It is unfortunate but I will be going back to my family doctor next week to find a new allergist. I'm so glad I have not made a payment yet towards the allergen shots with a place that can't even be bothered to return a single phone call no matter how serious it is.

If ever you are referred to this clinic be aware that this clinic is not to be trusted. don’t bother, as this clinic will gladly take you as a patient, bill ohip but does not tell you anything about the results.They don’t even send the copies of the reports to the doctor who referred you.This is unethical and bad practice, but who cares about you, as long as they get the money from ohip.

I am now 5 weeks post op from catheter ablation for my A Fib. So far it's been a complete success. It was a long road to get this taken care of and Dr. Jolly, his amazing team and the nurse staff at the Cardiac Care Centre were just excellent!! The process from intake to release was really quite smooth and comfortable so I just wanted to thank everyone involved. Hopefully, I never have to see you again, at the hospital :)
