Bad sales experience. Even if I told him what needs to be prepared for the next appointment, it wasn't done. Wasn't getting back to me when I texted him. There is a problem when the customer has to really insist to get in touch with a sales person.There was some scratches on the car (used) that needed to be fixed (added to contract) before purchase. It was raining cats and dogs the day I got the car so unfortunately didn't inspect it properly. Then I noticed scratches that didn't looked fixed to me and waited two weeks to show them to a friend of mine who worked in a body shop. He totally agreed with me, some of them were left untouched. Contacted Sebastian (sales) who argued all was done, even if pictures were provided. He basically said the scratches were done after even if I could prove him wrong for some. Now it's been 2 weeks since I sent the pictures and he is still ignoring me. I won't forget and spread the word.Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I had a great experience with financing (Maria Isabel).

Recently bought a pre-owned Q50, I been buying stuff from the Infiniti Gallery parts department a few times now, and just asking questions about different components of my vehicle in general.These guys are friendly and always get back to me in a timely manner.Shout out to Alex, he is knowledgeble and always let me know as soon as my parts arrived.I would definitely check out the sales and service department in the future!

Service advisor Mike was great as per usual,Dealership just is terrible. Stored my summer tires over the winter, to come back to find they have lost all my wheel lugs. Mike being a great guy gave me at-least a set of the lock nuts to replace them.

I just brought my car in for seasonal tire swap. It seemed they had changed their management and the service work flow. Before, it was more convenient to pick up my car after service and to pay simultaneously at the reception at the entrance. Now, I was directed back to the Service Department and it was not efficient as before! Most importantly, the service was unexpectedly reckless as it seemed they did not pump up the stored tires after installing. The tire pressure was low in all 4 tires when I picked up my car! (see attached warning ⚠️ alert message) Poor service!!!

Just bought my second car from here . Great customer service. They were there to answer all my questions and more. Salesman did a great job as well, mr Cody Steeves and Kayla Harper helped me out and got me into a new to me vehicle.

I bought used car from them which already had a dent in it. Unfortunately, I didn’t noticed it and didn’t talk to them about fixing it. After two days when I talked to them, they said we can’t do anything about it as we listed the car with the low price as it had dent in it. Honestly, they never mentioned this thing while I was buying the car, and now they are making the excuses. Is this what we expect from these kinda brands? Atleast, listen to your customers. Do not think they are foolish. Cheating a thousand dollar damage is nothing in front of a customer’s review and feedback to other future customers.

I went to Applewood Nissan Richmond to look for a third car. Eleanor, the product advisor, gave me a thorough run through of my new car. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She was able to answer all my questions, and had excellent follow-up after our purchase. Also, Cindy, from the finance department, took her time to explain the different packages for the extended service and provided financial options in detail. I am really happy with the customer service and I am thankful to all the staff who helped us. I would strongly recommend Applewood Nissan to anyone who needs a car.
