Jackson mystiquesI came in from NY on my way to the Blue mountain and was recommended by Jackson themself to visit this store for a pair of figure skates. I am an adult beginner. Susan (an ex professional figure skater) measured me, help me chose a skate, heat molded and had it sharpened. These skates feel like Mercedes Benz on my feet. I got a pair of Thinees socks to go with the skates. Great service. Great inventory. Fast service. patient. knowledgeable. I will return or buy online in the future if possible.

Extremely disappointed both times I've visited the store, they also have a horrible exchange policy. My daughter only tried on a pair of tights to find out they're too small and they wouldn't exchange. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I will never go back to this store.

Boardom Snow Skate Style
Got our first gear from the place.The staff is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My wife and I are new to snowboarding but the staff managed to make us understand how to choose proper fits for the boots.The store carries many brands and a large collection of everything. Each of us tried like 15+ goggles with no rush at all.We spent almost 3hrs trying on Boots, Helmets, and Goggles, and the staff were there helping us out!! Superb!! Definitely recommend.

Absolute bros. Didn't try to upsell me when all I wanted was a complete to slowly upgrade. Very nice employees, welcoming vibe. Not like some other skate shops in Vancouver, that's for sure.

Community Board Shop
Nice to see a skate board shop in Surrey. Great new skate shop. It is about time we have a skate shop in Surrey. Really friendly guy that owns the shop. Knows so much about skate boarding it is crazy. He carries pro boards as well as entry level boards for the kids. I signed my kids up for skate board lessons and Chadd is super patient with them and has trained them well. We bought the boards here the helmets and gear and saved a ton of money. I even took up boarding so me and the kids can have fun together. Highly recommended shop. Thanks Chadd

Surfsup Eco shop
On the Sunday of the May long weekend I placed an order with Surfsup and to my delight, the articles were delivered to my doorstep the next afternoon on the holiday Monday. Amazing customer service AND the bathing suit and board shorts fir perfect and the paddle board cart is fabulous!

PB is an OK place i guess. I find that they have a lack of stock at most times unfortunately. You'd think with The Board Room being down the street they'd carry a bit more stuff. Their pricing is as reasonable as any other place that sell board stuff. Other than that there isn't much to say

Absolutely a pleasure & easy to work with. Their prices beat everyone in the US and they had amazing customer service.
