Laminating equipment supplier

Very unproffesional staff, drove a long way to buy some prodcuts and I got greeted by a rude lady that told me that we have to book an appointment, she also said it clearly says that online. I double checked to make sure and on the website home page it says nothing about that. So I showed her the website and she herself couldnt find the area that it says that, after a couple minutes of digging around the website we finally find a section that states that. You should put that on the home page of your website and make it more clear for people. The way that lady treated me specifically was very rude and I will for sure take my business else where.

I bought hardwood and shutters and was installed excellently. I would definitely recommend to all!

Poor installation job, check out photo of berber carpet installed. Company has not returned my calls in three weeks.

I've been a customer for over 10yrs now.I've always been happy with there service but in the last year,I've brought some things to laminate for a certain date and there's always excuses!!!! why it hasn't been done.Its time to find another company.

Very personable staff, showroom is fresh and clean, warehouse is well stocked. Reps are highly knowledgeable and experienced.

I've shopped at ND Graphics before without issue, but unfortunately this time around i stopped in to buy a sheet of foam board only to find that they've recently implemented a 50 dollar minimum purchase policy. After asking if i could just buy the one board at it's listed price of 13 dollars, the lady at the front counter politely insisted that nothing could be done about their new policy and i left it at that.My Guess is they've either had a large amount of small orders as of late that take up too much of their employees time to justify the margin of profit on a small order, and/or they have too much stock sitting around that they need to sell. At any rate, if you're looking for materials for a diy project and require a small order size under $50 i would look elsewhere to do your shopping.If you're looking for plastic sheeting like myself i would reccomend parker plastics. They have great service, fast turn around time, and no minimum purchase policy. Hopefully this information will help others avoid making an unneccessary trip to this end of town.
