Easy to work with..stayed later so i could meet ip after work. Checks issued from closing were damanged because envelope was left in rain. They reissued checks day for me to pick up.

This title company messed up a refinance and didnt pay a $20,000 lein from skagit whatcom housing . A year later after my divorce a lawyee reaches out saying i have to sign over the title or they will foreclose. I signed over they said i had 6 months to pay the balance by May. I couldnt refinace again bad credit tried everything asked for help they told me going forward with foreclosure . I was forces to sell my home i build and lived in 15 years raising three kids . Only profited enough to live in single wide trailer now . Horrible frightening experience . I hope no family goes through them or Sabrina Linman she was with Highlands Mortgage at the time
