TERRIBLE.It is challenging to discern whether this is actually a company or just someone on a phone in their kitchen that farms out chemical synthesis.ZERO customer service.TRC had not started a custom order after 4 months. Upon being contacted they claimed they hadn't started because I had not filled out a form, that THEY DID NOT send me. There was no follow up from them regarding the form.Avoid at all costs. Smells like a scam to me.

Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen.They reply to your quote requests properly and in time, but if you ask them to do more than shipping stock products, such as ask technical questions or ask for steady supplies, updates on certain orders and the like, the quality of their customer service will suddenly get awfully bad.There are a few contact persons who always reply to your email, but they basically do not know anything about the production. And their production team will never respond to your technical questions. However important or urgent the order is for you, they seem to not care about it at all.There are a few products we have ordered a long time ago that still haven't been delivered. We have tried to contact them to receive any update. But there is no update on the synthesis, no information, and worst of all they started to ignore my email. All they are doing is just keep on extending the lead time with no other details, as if they are just waiting for us to cancel the order entirely.It is impossible to reach to them and have a proper communication. They are the worst.
