Great prices and deals, fast customer service, and prompt shipping keeps me coming back time & time again. I love the option of ‘seconds’ leather, the discount is great and I love working with leather that has a story to tell.PLEASE PLEASE don’t EVER discontinue the golden cream leather colourway! It’s so beautiful and versatile. I loved it so much I couldn’t even bring myself to bead onto it!

Just received my order and am very pleased! I have my work cut out for me and looking forward to seeing what the outcome will be!Yes, sometimes all pieces are not nice ones to work with but what I do appreciate is when they do send those pieces they also compensate with an extra piece!

We got 2 pairs of moccasins at Bear's Den and couldn't be happier with them. I also use the bear salve and oil and have been pleased with these products. The owner and staff are some of the nicest people in London. There is no pressure to buy anything but you're sure to find something you'll like.

My favourite spot in town!! Everything is great, from the local art, to the tourism finds, meats, clothing, great outdoor section, awesome staff. I like stopping in as often as I can and never doubt I'll find something at Robertson's!!

What an amazing find! I had driven passed the centre thinking it was a community centre (given its name). I finally visited the store this past weekend and was blown away. It is much larger than meets the eye. The variety is really great too, including jewelry, moccasins, mukluks, authentic clothing, purses etc. We got there a little late so I didn't have the opportunity to spend much time in the art gallery. The artists are also on site which makes the experience even more appealing. There is even a museum section in the basement.It's definitely worth stopping by!

Chatting with the owner and meeting her amazing cat, Rex, was a highlight of our visit to Merritt.

I had some issues originally placing an order online for a necklace. There seemed to be a glitch with the payment but I cannot express enough how helpful the store was in correcting this and getting me my order before Christmas!The staff was professional, polite and quick to make sure my order was accurate. I'm really pleased that this was able to be taken care of because the items on their website are amazing! Will definitely be ordering more from here in the future.

Great place for a quick side trip, fellow RV campers told us about it so we stopped in as it wasn’t too far out of our way. It has a great interpretive Center with 7 levels built into the hill side. The exhibits and video are excellent along with the short hike. Well worth the $15 admission.

Great store and wonderful staff. Love their essential oils! High quality products for affordable prices. And their teas are the BEST, they taste great and are of high quality (I often double steep my tea)
