Nissan dealer

This dealership does car sales right. Due to an accident I had to quickly find a replacement vehicle within a short period of time, and High Park Nissan didn't disappoint. I have seen several other dealerships (Mazda, Mitsubishi, even another Nissan) and their sales floor was EMPTY. I mean literally 3 cars to see in each showroom and one was NOT for sale. High Park Nissan was the ONLY dealership that showcased properly by having their sales floor packed absolutely full with cars (not all were Nissans, but it's the visual appeal. Come on... You go to a car dealership for cars, you expect to see lots of them in a showroom. How does a dealership not sell cars without showing them off??).We had test driven the Kicks at another dealership and we were ready to pull the trigger - so we called High Park Nissan and got through to Michael. Let me tell you - Michael Cruz is an amazing individual who is going to bend over backwards to help you out and get you into the car you NEED and WANT. He answers your calls, he calls you back ASAP if he couldn't answer, he answers questions, he shows you where the features are - Michael is great.Elaine was the finance manager we met with. My wife LOVES her because her personality is just so bubbly! She too was amazing!! I had a few questions about the financial side of things, and even though we worked late into the evening, she was patient and answered all my questions. She never tried to upsell anything because I knew exactly the additions I wanted on the car, which made for a quick and easy deal with no fuss.The pick up day was quick and painless. We were eager to drive our new vehicle around - but on went the plates, signed my life away with Elaine, and off we went! Honestly I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Elaine and Michael both get top marks for being amazing, down to earth, ethical people. And the dealership itself gets top marks for doing what a dealership should do: showcase their cars!!

I just bought my first brand new vehicle, thanks to Rome! He was excellent at helping me through the entire process and was happy to help with any questions I had. He made sure that the entire experience was perfect, from start to finish. Also, a shout out to Doug, the financial manager, for thoroughly explaining and breaking down all the expenses in a professional yet friendly manner. Fantastic experience buying our Pathfinder.Troy was the perfect salesman and amazing to work with, he got us exactly what we wanted and was beyond helpful. We were even able to add a hitch last minute thanks to Troy and Joe working their magic.Our vehicle was spotless on pickup and priced decently under market value.Joe was a wizard with our financing as well as all our credit related questions. The key and tire package is great as well.Our only issue so far is a small problem with a single front tire.Jason in Service is awesome I spoke to him and he is ready to set up an appointment to have it looked at and corrected.I can't say enough good things about this dealership, we will be returning for all our services as well as next car purchase.Thank you TransCanada Nissan, especially Troy, Joe, and Jason !

Bought a brand new Nissan Rogue from Henry, he was so helpful during the whole buying process. He selected the right trim levels for us within my budget, and explained every to us so patiently. Buying a car here feels like the entire dealership were there for me. The manager was so polite and they even introduced me to the service department too. High recommended!

Our experience at this location service department was fantastic and Collins Chan always provides the best service when i take my care in for maintenance.He is professional, knowledge-able and very patient to listen for your concern. Always fantastic service! Fast, friendly, no hassle like most other dealerships. When you have your vehicle booked in, its in and finished quickly. Ive purchased an 2011 Nissan Juke through Evergreen Nissan and now upgraded to a 2014 Nissan Rogue through them for more space for my growing family. I will never go anywhere else! Simeon has been dealing with me since Aug 20.I have been trying to rent out my suite, since May, to move to BC.My booking was for Aug 30then switched to Aug 31 then Sept 2,Now Sept 10..My Renter is AWOL & now I have to find another renter..Hes been more than understanding & has given me a great quote.. I Went there today to explain things (Again).. Him & the young lady, were very understanding..I hope I can find a renter..

Diana from Direct Nissan was so incredible to me throughout the process of buying my new car. She was not only knowledgeable but kind and friendly during all my visits, phone calls, messages, emails, etc. As you can tell she was there for me anytime I had a question or wanted more information about something. She didn't work 9-5 and at 5:01 completely ignore her customers because she truly cares about making every person who walks into her office happy, satisfied, but more importantly excited about their new purchase. When she called me to tell me she had received my car earlier than expected, her pure, genuine joy and excitement for me completely changed my entire day and my worries took a backseat. I think at one point on the phone with her I was jumping up and down that the car came so quickly and that I was finally going to reach a big goal of mine. After losing my first car in an accident, it remained a dream for years that I would own a car again. She was so patient and accommodating, explaining everything from start to finish, which helped ease my anxieties and build the necessary confidence needed to make a big decision like this. I went to several other Nissan dealerships way closer to me looking to purchase the same car (super awesome Nissan KICKS of course :)), but didn't have the right amount of confidence and trust in the salespeople I met at each location for various reasons, honesty being a big one, but also customer connection, which I geel is extremely important. It just didn't feel right and I was starting to doubt that I should be purchasing a car at all, which is not at all how you should feel when you walk out of a dealership, purchase or not. If I didn't decide to call one last Nissan, even though it wasn't exactly the closest, I would not be the proud owner of a KICKS and I wouldn't have met Diana. I would most likely be sitting in a Honda right now because that's where I was heading if I decided not to call Direct Nissan. Diana is an incredible leader, educator, saleswoman, employee, and overall incredible person. I knew from our first meeting that I was buying my car from her and know to this day I made the right decision. She was honest and aware of the impacts our economy is having on the automotive industry, but unlike others I met with, she didn't use it as an excuse, rather it gave her the drive to keep searching and looking for a solution that would be the right fit for us. I am so lucky she was able to find the car I wanted, but I know if I was unable to get a KICKS, she would have found a good fit for me regardless. am very grateful I decided to call one last Nissan before walking away, otherwise, I wouldn't have found the wonderful salesperson/friend that helped me realize my dreams and change my life.
