This is the kind of local business we should support and advocate for more of. There is incredible care to detail in the menu. Absolutely everything here is delicious, including their starter salad! Nothing is just thrown in but carefully crafted to make the best experience possible. I highly recommend you try this place and go often!

I love that in Brossard, there are very diverse and authentic culinary offerings. This little restaurant is a gem, a lovely and cozy interior that is family owned and makes you feel like you're truly in Czechia. The table d'hôte was great, decent price and freshly made, it was really good. This is a must-try experience.

Pinched - Handmade Pierogi & Eastern European Cuisine
Always really wonderful, freshly made pierogi, as well as the crepes and schnitzel meals are just to die for. I've ordered direct a couple of times, and picked up in stores a few more times. Add a family tray of pierogi to any family dinner or potluck and you won't be sad you did!

Red Chateau
Ate here on our weekend trip to Niagara Falls. The food is delicious, the service is wonderful, we had the whole restaurant to ourselves, and the atmosphere is cozy and romantic. All the food is handmade, organic and locally grown, and they cater to Vegetarian and Vegan diets. If you're looking for some authentic European cuisine this is the place to go.

Absolutely outstanding restaurant. Every single visit is a great one. Food is outstanding and delicious every time. Best schnitzel and tartare in town! Can’t go wrong with Czech beer either! Service is warm, friendly and fun! The staff and owners treat you like family. The atmosphere is unique and much needed in Edmonton. With classical music and stunning artwork this place is truly one of a kind.

Absolutely fantastic food made with love and care. Our kids loved the grilled cheese from the kids menu - so often the kids menu is a throw-away, this was quality worthy of the adults" menu. Everyone's meals, Beef Rouladen, leg of Duck, and burger were delicious but we would have preferred larger portions. I had both the light and dark Czech beers and I loved them both.
