It's a toll booth. Not much to say. Guy was nice. There was no line, so I zipped right through.

BC Ferries doesn’t understand that residents of islands rely on them for their transportation and to get home. They are constantly struggling to keep on time and maintain the ships properly.Staff are rude and lazy. BC Ferries complains they have staffing issues but the biggest problem is the lack of work the staff do.You can easily wait five hours in a terminal just to get onto a two hour ferry ride. It’s beyond absurd.Amenities are slim to none. An overpriced cafeteria serves mediocre food. Other amenities such as the gift shop charge ridiculous prices for simple items.The Seawest lounge and pacific buffet remain closed for “staffing issues”.BC Ferries received so many complaints about their incredibly bad WI-FI that they decided to remove it all together to avoid anymore complaints.The company has a monopoly and they know it, as they provide a terrible service for far too much money. They lack care for the customers who rely on this service.

Kinda weird to review a toll booth, but honestly can't say we've ever had a bad experience driving through here. Probably because the toll is on the Canadian side and their reputation as human beings is much better than that held by Americans (speaking as an American citizen myself), we've always had nice, and even comedic, booth employees thus far.Only dropped a star because they seem to be raising the toll over the years.

Easy for passing through with new / no fees for NS residents. Non NS residents pay a small toll. They now accept debit / credit which makes it more convenient.

Took me at least 20 minutes from the time I reached the queue to when I made it through. All gates were open. No indication for the reason of the delay other than it seems to have been poorly sized for the volume of traffic. Selected the option for a receipt, but didn't get one. It's worth it to skirt the city, I suppose, but at a 20 minute delay I'm not so sure.

Goes pretty fast, a bit slower when lots of traffic... the bridge is so high, but worth paying to go around Montreal, you saves lots of time even if a bit further.
