A very friendly eye care establishment. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of their industry. They have good set processes which allow you to compete your visit efficiently. They can process your insurance provider on the spot. They have a reasonable selection of glasses and eye wear but can order more.They have bookable appointments for the optometrist. They allow walk-ins as well.Parking is available from the strip mall and they are on a bus route. There is a bike reach at the strip mall.

Just got hooked up with a sweet pair of Hugo Boss Sunglasses from Mike at Optimum Eye Care. Got the glasses I wanted fast and easy. I went to 3-4 other eyeglass shops and couldn’t find the right ones. Mike asked me a couple questions and geared me to the right pair for me. Highly recommend them in Richmond.... worth the 45 minute commute for me.... good service and quality is always worth the drive.

they took me in for a short notice eye exam. the ladies who work there are so amazing. knowledgeable and very friendly. thank you ladies, it was a pleasure talking with you.It's been a little over a year since my last post and I have adopted optimum eyecare as my eye glasses store. My last pair I recieved 2 weeks ago and I am so amazed at the time and care Dr. Gill put into getting me the right lenses. He actually researched my field of expertise and consulted with his lense manufacturer to give me an incredible, digitally designed lense that is truly amazing! In my 18 years of wearing glasses, no where else has ever gone to great lengths like he has done! Best Optometrist ever!! Dr.Gill is super thorough and you never feel rushed like I have at other places. They have an awesome selection of glasses as well as contacts. He has the newest acuvue contacts with UV blocking and 1 month replacement, which is perfect for me as I really like the 1 month wear lenses. Highly recommend seeing him!

I found this optometrist on Google. I am glad I did. The doctor was very polite and also the front desk lady.I was pleasantly surprised, when I went to pick up my glasses today. I got a new case for my glasses (I didn’t get new frames, but still gave me a brand new case). I was given a small spray cleaner, I asked the front desk lady, if I could purchased a bigger one. She gave me a bigger one free of charged. Very surprised but this gesture, as in the past, with my previous optometrist, I would pay $15. Definitely, will be coming back to do my regular check up as needed.
