First review I've ever wrote.10/10 knowledge , answered all the questions I had about the car starter .10/10 service, said it was a 9am appointment and it was just that, started working on the truck at 9 am. Kim said it would be done at 11am. It was done and working great at 11am.10/10 price , they offered the best deal in Saskatoon our of the 10 places I researched.10/10 pride in work. They did a very clean install , everything looks like it came that way from the factory.I will be doing more business with them ,

Employees dont do there jobs. And dont care to apologize when they dont. Call thursday explain that i need a gps pole to be delivered to stoney creek brandt on friday because we need it on site on Monday. Or i need to come pick it up. She says yes no problem asks for email and says she will send an email. Friday comes around no email. I call stoney creek no package for me. Call back. They tell me nothing was sent and shes off today. Its 3 oclock by this time. I explain how urgent and time sensitive it is. They then tell me they will send me another email once its been processed to go. Heard nothing and no email. I then cancel monday site set up with multiple employees. Monday i call to say i am sending someone down. Surprise there was no order done yet. Talk about a bunch of employees that dont do their job. Unbelievable. I hope i never have to deal with them again.

Fair prices and service that goes above and beyond.

We've been on the fence about purchasing some GPS for our fleet. But after the great customer service from their sales and operations staff we decided to purchase a few units. We loved the service and tracking of the vehicles we purchased 2 more devices and now the whole fleet is covered.Great for tracking vehicles for start and stop, idle times, and fuel consumptions as well as piece of mind of where the truck is at all times.Thanks to Mateo and Dmitrii for their hard work.

Using their services from 2+ years and their technical department is helpless and not understandable.From last 2 month Eld is working but not updating to back office, Tracking not working and no internet working.Explained this situation to 5-7 people differently. No one leave notes for next person.Every time I have to explain this situation to the new person.Almost wasted more 10-12 hrs with these guys over the phone and they are wasting their time too.These guys don’t understand that replacing eld can better option for customer and them.It can save time and money for both.

Great service. Cell booster works great

I exchanged my device today and to be honest it was the best and easiest experience I have had in retail period. My device suffered a manufacturer defect which is to be expected with any electronic these days I reached out to the parts guys and they were attending to the issue within 30mins of my text, resolved it on the spot and the rest of my day I spent thinking wow these people really care about their devices and their customers. All I can say is device down to customer service.. TOP NOTCH, never experienced anything like it, highly recommended for everyone thank you parts guys!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff!Called about upgrading my stock system in an older Toyota and they guided my through the process with ease. Never felt like I was being upsold nor talked into something I don't need. In fact, they guided me to spend less. Impressive!
