The layout of the place is a little confusing because it is literally connected to the Volvo dealership. Some of the cars seem to be all over the place but it's a little expected as its not large lot. However the staff was nice and friendly. They treated me very well and have nice vehicles. Although I would have liked to see more f-types there. Overall great experience.

We are on a 35 day road trip across Canada from Vancouver to Gaspe and back. On the 5th day the adaptive cruise control on my XKR failed due to the radar sensor malfunctioning. We were only in Winnipeg for one day. Even though no appointments were available the Service Department said they would do a quick assessment of the problem. They reprogrammed the system and in a couple of hours were on our way. The bill was a lot less than I expected. We are so grateful for the amazing service they provided. It would have been so easy for them to say that no appointments were available.

Very disappointed at the service they provide after buying a vehicule. I bought a 80 000$ vehicule. I noticed 2 parts weren’t functioning properly. It was under warranty. They took my car for 3 days and didnt fix anything. They told me they had to order the parts and that i had to come back in 2 weeks. No one called for a month and a half. When i called to inquire about the parts, they told me they forgot to call me. So i go back there to fix the parts. They lended me a buick for 6 days to repair the parts. The whole thing took 2 months. Very disappointed. Premium cars, premium pricing, mediocre service.

Not happy with my last visit! Got my Jaguar XF 2010 in for an engine light. They said after the initial assessment, that they have to replace an oxygen sensor( sensor 1, bank 1). They gave me a price for the sensor and labor: 900 dollars, plus taxes. I said yes, they started working on the car. They call me next day, the car is fixed, ready to pick up. Paid everything, took my car, but 300 feet from the dealership, the engine light came on again. Turned around, dropped the car back at the dealership. waited one weekend( it was a Saturday), to find out it was another oxygen sensor, not the one they changed. I had to pay more money for the second sensor, although I believe the first one was good to start with. In top of that, they told me I have two nails in one of the tires. They said is going to cost me 180 dollars to fix the tire, 90 bucks for each nail. I said no, I will fix it somewhere else. I went to another place, they found ONLY one nail, not two, and it costed me 49 dollars to fix. How can that happen? To make two mistakes, the oxygen sensor and the two nails(only one in reality)? Is the work being done by some apprentice who just came from the street? These guys are supposed to be the best...NEVER going back there. Sorry, there are other Jaguar dealerships. Thank you.Nick
