With so many options, it was hard for us to choose an e-bike. The salesman walked us through various models, explained their features in detail and helped us select a bike that met our needs. The bike was not available in store so they scheduled a delivery for us through their warehouse. The delivery was scheduled on a holiday when the weather was bad and the delivery company was unable to deliver. The owner then personally picked up and delivered the bike to uphold the delivery commitment! Customer service par excellence!

Smartwheel provides excellent service, I have purchased two Electric Unicycles from them. I purchased my first EUC (kingsong KS 14D BLK) in April of 2021 then after learning how to ride an EUC decided to purchase the Kingsong S22 in January of 2022 arriving in July of 2022 due to supply issues during covid. There was a motor recall for the S22 and I experienced a motor clicking sound in August so I took it in for repair. Then in April of 2023 I brought the wheel in to have the sliders installed. A recommendation by Kingsong and the community. Each time my experience has been positive. They communicate via text and the service was always quick and efficient. I live west of Burlington about an hour and a half away and each time arranging drop off or pickup has been smooth. I recommend working with the Smartwheel team.

Got this electric bicycle for a good deal and paid for it 3 weeks in advance of receiving the product. There was a delay in getting the finished item, but Kelly was thorough in explaining how it works once ready. This bike is a machine! It gets me to destinations at a drop of a helmet. It was very fun dressing up the bike and I get massive compliments from my coworkers.

Bought my first bike there in 2014, a Yamaha bolt, great experience back in the day but fast forward to 2023… can’t understand a shop that sells motorcycle’s, a seasonal hobby , are not open on the weekends…. And for this reason alone I did not purchase my second bike there

Ordered an inmotion v10f that never came. Turns out inmotion just didn't have any but let them order it anyways. Staff was super helpful and friendly, and even got me a v11 on a massive discount! Super cool dudes.
